This place is literally the best! I went here and had Steve assess my wedding ring set and he offered me a fair price. He actually advised me to try to sell it privately first and even offered to have me meet a buyer at his shop and he would vouch for the authenticity of my rings, at no charge! What a guy!! He said that if I didn’t end up selling it privately, to come back and he’d give me the price he quoted me. Well I ended up going back to him. He and Taylor both helped me out and he stuck to his original offer. He’s also an engagement ring specialist and has a lot of beautiful jewelry in his shop for sale at a great price! I went into Santee Jewelry Pawn & Loan a month ago looking for a longer necklace for my diamond heart pendant and Steve the owner helped me find the perfect delicate box chain necklace! I love it. He told me to come back any time to have any jewelry repaired or cleaned. I went back in a month later to get a few rings resized and a zip lock bag of broken ,unused and found gold and silver I wanted to sell. Steve took his time with me and helped me understand (because I had asked) the difference in Gold Karat. Very interesting for sure. He weighed everything out and tested in front of me. This place is absolutely incredible. Yesterday I needed two watches sized my neighbor told me to come here as they just opened and she said the staff was extremely professional and nice. That is an understatement. These people exceeded any expectation I could’ve ever had. They were kind courteous the place is absolutely clean the collection of jewelry they have is fairly priced and extremely beautiful and they did my watches in a very short amount of time.
