DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE!!! I wish that I could give this store 0 stars, because we were assaulted by the man running the store and had to call the cops!! My girlfriends and I were visiting from out of town and had ordered pizza from next door. While we were waiting for it to be ready we went inside this beauty store, with full intention of buying hair care products. From the moment we walked in the man was rude. We were looking at hair masks and I opened one to smell it (nothing was sealed)- the first jar had hair and fuzz in it. I picked up a second jar- it looked like coagulated butter and the container itself was half empty (it was made of coconut oil which is never yellow in appearance). I then picked up a third jar to inspect it, and the man yelled at me that I couldn’t open the products or smell them. I explained that because the first two jars were clearly not new products I didn’t trust buying anything from there without looking inside first. He proceeded to shout out at me, at which point my girlfriends and I decided to leave. No way would we spend money on half-used/expired products with hair and fuzz in them! Once we had already left the store, the man working opened the door and literally hurled one of the containers of damaged hair masks at my friends and I trying to hit us with it!! We had to call the cops and report him. Not only is the person running this store a complete lunatic and a**hole, this store is filled with damaged products and is clearly not maintained properly or inventoried regularly. STAY...

Great store with great variety but I will not shop here anymore. I will purchase online directly from the website who accepts responsibility for the faulty products.i brought a wig here. The next day the wig started to fall apart literally. Took it back to the store and the store manager says nothing she can do because no refunds nor exchanges on wig. I previously purchased two wigs and other hair care products and no issues.I will not shop here anymore because if a product is faulty then that should be an exception. She said I could not and refused to give me the owners number the salesman number or his company number. So I have to give her the wig so the salesman can deem if the wig is faulty or not. So most likely I just gave away money to this store. See the comment below and order online rather than give these folks your money.

Update: store manager was not there when I returned to see if the sales rep exchanged it. She obviously did not updates the other workers about the Situation . I left my number with the male worker to give to the manager so she could give me a call to let me know it the sale man exchanged it. That was about two weeks ago and no response from here. Lol. I didn't expect a call either. This company do not care about making things right and standing by the products. Please don't buy from this place. Update: they exchanged the wigs but the manager wanted to exchange the wig for the removal of the wig review on Facebook. Sad. Needless to say the new wig fell apart to. Don't buy...

When it comes to customer service- I'd say this is an ok beauty supply store. This place not only sale hair and typical beauty products, they also sale shoes, clothes, accessories and more. Not bad at all. I originally purchased a $359 wig at J-lo's and needed it to be installed. I was told by the lady helping me, there's "free" installation when buying human hair. The Spanish lady at J-lo's beauty salon was busy and recommended that I go to look at me know beauty salon. So she called her affiliate business to let them know I purchased this type of hair and needed it installed. The guy on the other end of the phone said I should come the next day at 12pm. See the problem was I had a flight to NY the next day and wouldn't dare miss it. The lady hung up and said go in today regardless. So I drove from Bradenton to Sarasota to look at me now beauty store. A guy said I can't be seen today. He was upset the lady told me to go regardless. Long story short, I was the last customer of that day to get my hair done. The lady that does the hair name is Lulu. She has a tough facade, but is really nice. I'm grateful I got worked in. But didn't like how the guy tried to initially make it a bit challenging. I a person of 2nd and sometimes 3rd chances. So I'm not going to fully judge them based on my slightly unpleasant experience.
