The 2 gentlemen I directly worked with at the 17th St. location, Blake & Daniel, we’re not only excellent in their knowledge & communication skills.. they spent the time to endured every detail in my rental of space was -from showing, to contract was explained so that I had absolutely no questions. I felt very secure in all aspects of spring my property there as their ‘people skills were really outstanding. I’m so happy I chose CubeSmart ..and thanks again to you both Blake and Faniel for all your attention to detail that afforded me the peace of mind I have. Great experience booking a storage unit at CubeSmart on 17th St. yesterday. Elizabeth at the front desk was terrific. She was very friendly and helpful - and seemed far more interested in understanding what we needed than overselling us (thank you!). The facility is very new - everything is particularly clean - and in a well lit shopping area, with a large grocery store across the parking lot that is open late. Our last place was very nice on the inside but a bit more tucked away from the main street and we never felt that comfortable going over there in the evenings, despite the gate.
