Kind of dated but not run down. Several shaded parking spots and lot itself is well maintained. Ace Hardware and the liquor store located there are great, and I use the laundromat for big items I don't want in my machine. Its clean but outdoors so avoid going at the hot times of the day, if you can. The grocery store has a decent selection of ethnic foods but wouldn't let me use the restroom so I...
