My son took my 2 week old Motorola g6 OYSTER color (pink) in for a screen repair. He called me while there and asked for the passcode so the technician could access the phone and get needed info. Brought the phone back to me and told me they had to order a screen to replace. Took the phone back in for the replacement and was informed the replacement didn't work - defective or something so they put the original cracked screen back on while ordering yet another screen. The original screen is now MORE damaged than when I brought it in and the phone doesn't work properly but I wasn't concerned since I figured it would resolve itself with the new screen; however, I did notice that the pink color was chipped off so I went back in and asked if the new screen would resolve the chipped pink. I bought a pink phone - I want a pink phone. Lo and behold NO the screen would be make the entire face of my phone black which is NOT the phone I want! Told them No. If I can't get a pink screen then I don't want it - I'll get Motorola to replace. They researched and called me back with Yes they can get the right screen but they would have to wait on the REFUND from the first screen to order the new one. Fine. I'll wait. Then they call again and NO can't get the screen - it is an international order AND they will not give me a refund on the WRONG screen since it is a special order. It's the wrong screen! What??? First they claimed that the phone wasn't in their hands when my son brought it in to them so they didn't know it was pink. NOPE. The tech had it in his hands. Then they claim they specifically told my son AND he called me to confirm I'd be okay with a black screen. NOPE. If I were okay with it then I would be okay with it now. When I asked my son about a black screen he his response was "Why the hell would I be okay with a black screen - you love that pink phone! I'm not stupid." Then they accused my son of lying. Really? Word of warning - make sure you know what you're gettting with these guys. They ordered the wrong screen and I'm having to pay for it (funny they mentioned getting a refund when they thought they could order the prink screen but now they claim they can't) and my month old phone hasn't worked the same since they put the old screen back on. Thanks for the very expensive lession. Not only am I stuck with the cost of the screen I don't have but I have to replace this...
Read moreI brought my Pixel 3 in to have its battery changed. Originally I had planned to do it myself, but they are not easy phones to open, so I brought it here. I brought in the battery myself and they quoted me 25$ for labor. Seemed fair for the hassle of opening the phone without breaking it. At first they broke the fingerprint sensor opening the phone. What luck though, when I was planning to do it myself I had ordered one with the battery. I was happy it'd go to use. The part didn't work and they told me to send it back and get a new one. Weird considering they were the one's who broke it, but okay. Did that and the fingerprint sensor works. Cool. Oh wait, now the microphone doesn't work. To be fair they bought the part and replaced it all for free. Went there, checked everything and it seemed to work, except at home now I noticed the cameras would only work for a short amount of time and then shut off, only working again when I restarted the phone, and only for a short amount of time. This phones main feature is its camera. I brought the phone back in and they seemed a bit upset I was back, obviously, but took the phone and tried to figure it out. I called a week later and they said it was fixed. Went back there and the camera still had the same issue. They then said it was "Software" even though this phone has the same software versions as when I brought it in working. I updated the phone, the problem still existed, and they took it again. A month later and 25 dollars less I have a non-working phone. Now I know they put a lot of effort into it, and I appreciate the attempts. I know nothing always goes according to plan, which is why it's 2 stars, but when it comes down to it, I paid them 25 dollars to replace a battery and break my phone. They seem great for apple phones, maybe reconsider for...
Read moreWish I could give these guys 0 stars. I turned in an IPad Pro Nov 2021 with a bad charging port. I was told it would take a few weeks to repair because it needed to be sent off. I received no updates for a few months and finally called back around Feb 2022. The guys there seemed unaware of any thing related to my IPad but told me it would be about 2 weeks. They “2 weeked” me for a couple months until they located it. I finally got a call that it was ready. On my drive home I tried testing it out and saw it was repaired incorrectly and caused the screen to break when I touched the home button. I called back and explained the issue and brought it back the next day. They’ve been telling me 2 weeks for a couple months again. Now the guy Eric, who I was speaking with has become unresponsive. Don’t use these guys.
4 Oct 2022 Hello to new management. I still haven't received my IPad or compensation. I left the area, but I will not let this go. If you guys can locate my Ipad and return it, I'd surely appreciate it.
Jan 2023 I'm still waiting for an explanation/response etc. I retired from the military and left the Patrick AFB area, but I still need my Tablet. You mentioned that you have new management but it's the same business that lost or stole my tablet. I recommend never using these guys. Especially if you're military where you may have to pick up and leave at a...
