First City Fitness & Savannah Cirque — Local services in Savannah

10/10 RECOMMENDED!! I’ve been a member for 7 months now and figured it was about time to write a review.

From my first class here I knew this was my place, everyone was welcoming, encouraging and had great energy. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and personable, they really take the time to get to know you and what your body needs to be successful.

After my first week I was completely addicted and started taking an average of 9 classes a week! (They have many different class offerings so you’re not exhausting yourself doing the same training everyday). As far as the classes go, with each class you really get so much individualized attention and instruction, if you have a goal in mind or a trick you’re trying to nail down your instructors will be able to tailor your training to your needs to help you achieve that goal and when you do… the studio erupts into cheers! (Remember how I said it was an encouraging environment? I meant it!).

I tried to book the same class twice , it was cancelled twice due to not enough people signed up , when I tried to book the class with my credit for a third time , I was told I would not receive a credit for the class I didn’t take because I was 6 days past an expiration date that I was not aware of. So instead of being an understanding business owner and giving me a credit for a class that they cancelled .:: they chose to not only lose my business but the business of my friends that I coaxed into to taking the class to make sure that I would not be disappointed for a third time.

Oh and if you live an hour away , like I do , beware that they cancel classes frequently. I have been told at 5:40 that a 7 o’clock class was cancelled after I was already on the rd due to traffic and trying to make sure I make it on time. So I had to turn around wasting...

Finding Strength & Beauty at First City Fitness and Cirque I believe every woman deserves to feel beautiful and empowered in her own skin. However, finding ways to cultivate that feeling can be challenging. Sometimes it's hard to know where to begin, and finding a safe and supportive environment is crucial.
