Celebrations Black Diamond Cafe — Restaurant in Sayre

I was impressed with this establishment. It was so comfortable with plenty of free and paid parking, plenty of space for eating/ enjoying a cup of coffee. The food was good, I liked the coffee though as a former barista I think the prepared beverages could still be even better but don’t get me wrong, it was good I just think it could improve to a higher level. The black coffee I also ordered was as good, tasted of an Arabica bean and not a lesser cup. I had a breakfast sandwich on the outdoor patio and it was good. As I sat inside later in my visit I had a cookie and it was very good as well. The staff was so friendly and in my observations they have established rapport with regulars and members of the community. This has been my favorite coffee shop I have visited this summer and this gets my best review. I am not sure if they have Celiac Safe gluten free options but I didn’t ask like at other facilities. If you are in the area definitely stop in. I am including pictures because I was confused with the previous pictures when looking into this location … these are up to date photos. Great job. Absolutely the best place for lunch in The Valley. Rotating menu is a plus, although there may be some days you find you don't want anything, that is exceedingly rare as they keep it varied. The template is one "sandwich" (or burger, wrap, panini), one soup, and one type of salad each day. They have a wide selection of beverages ☕ including fancy-pants lemonade (im loving that use hibiscus in one and lavender in another).

It is always filling, even if the item seems like a small sandwich, it will be enough. If it isn't enough for you, you certainly need to adopt portion control. Im sitting here thinking i shouldve eaten slower or something because im a little too full, but I shoved the food down so fast since I was hungry and it was SOOO good.

Protip: If you have an aversion to mayonnaise, mention it.

This place has the most amazing food in the valley. Great ingredients and delicious taste. The staff is always warm and inviting. Very accommodating to the best of their ability. I truly enjoy getting food from there. Love the new ideas that come from here (soup extravaganza! ). The staff is always a pleasure to see and all of then are smiling every time I walk in. The biggest con is also one of the biggest pros in that the menu changes daily. I love it because there's something new to try but I hate it because sometimes I really just want the BEST chicken pot pie.

Other than that I have nothing bad to say about this place and I am so glad they seem to be doing well. Hopefully it's a landmark resturant in the valley for decades to come. If you haven't tried their food I highly recommend...
