I have shopped at store # 63 from years as it's best price but was normal experience I think this store magement unfortuneatly not trained or may be personally does not know how to treat all customer same.
I have 2 incedence to report one time I was returning one particular item and I was getting helped by store manager Chuck and he mentioned without looking at item was not even opened and comment like that summer is over and you don't need this product anymore so you are retuning. That time I feel imbrassed and was the worst customer service. I feel this manager does not treat brown people same.

Today visit was one of the worst experience when I was ready to checkout she was rushing me from the begaining when I asked couple stuff price she ask me to bring my cart next to her I have not finishing my stuff on counter and I took 30 second to decide wherther I want one of the item she did not liked and ordered me to put my stuff on conter very rudely
When I address the issue start accusing me and threatening me saying my words back to me never said sorrry on top of that scaning my stuff super quickly and thorowing my stuff in cart then I mentioned that she said I have not done that
When I went to complain unfortunately I had to deal with Chuck again redecules guy
He said I will mentioned did not cared what happend said once I will talk to her in person
Did not acknowledge her behavior was not good and never said sorry on behalf of her or nothing keep asking same thing anything I can do
I was thinking yes at least sorry and apologies but nothing happed
I am never going to shop there anymore

Read moreThe location is good as any typical ones. My review is on Aldi stores in general. The Adli in the recent 3 to 4 years have increased their product offerings so much assume parts due to tie up with Traders Joe's and assume benefiting from the many more suppliers, that there are often/always something new, seasonal, real German and surprises. It is getting to be a refreshing experience to shop at Aldi. It is like a micro Target, offering a little excitement and smile on each visit. This newer age Aldi had a very different image than those from years back with low pricing to be the key attribute. Now, I am not suggesting making it bigger. Been to a couple physically larger ones, they are less charming. Opening more stores is a better strategies and use of spare money.
