Nice place to stop by for a beer. The variety of beer here is amazing! The staff and owners are very friendly. I have been coming here for a few months now. Yes, the beers are around $8 each which I think is pretty reasonable for a quality craft beer product in a suburban area. There is plenty of parking and plenty of space inside the establishment. So stop by and enjoy and nice beer. :) My girlfriend and I will play a game of Chinese checkers while I enjoy a beer . There a are a few games to play there. I prefer the various wheat beers. I am not a big IPA person. I have read some reviews and the people are complaining about the prices. Stop and think about this for a moment. If you have ever ran a business there are several expenses involved. I am sure these owners have several thousand $$$$$$$ invested in this place and possibly some business loans. The 50 beer tap assembly is expensive. The refrigeration equipment is expensive. Commercial kitchen equipment is very expensive. Remodeling the bar / restaurant space is expensive. All the seating fixtures and the bar must be paid for. Getting the necessary permits and complying with the health department regulations on the local and state level. Fire alarm system/ life safety updates .Then there are franchise fees that Global Brewing takes off the gross profit, not net profit. Please do not forget about the liability insurance since Americans like to file lawsuits in this country. The IRS also has to take their cut of the profit too in taxes. I am sure there are many more expenses involved that I am forgetting about. This is a great place to grab a nice beer ! :) Plus I can ride my bike here or walk here too! Nick S ,...
Read moreDown to earth, telling you how it is, and not afraid of working about what to say. This is how I like my bar tenders. Dave is exactly that. Anyone else that says otherwise is just afraid of getting their feeling hurt. Dave is a vet and loves this country as well. He is extremely knowledgeable in the beer industry and guided us to a direction of tasting that was great for my Wife and I. We came in not knowing what we wanted but he asked us what we like then continued with a series of questions that led us both to a customized flight of beers. Most places will give you a range of their most expensive beers or the ones they like. The fact that he engaged with us to find out what we liked was awesome. More bartenders should interact with their customers like this. When we walked in he was busy mopping floors to make the place as presentable as possible. Also more props on the work ethic he has. Due to the government paying people to stay at home he is stuck pretty much keeping the place a float. I hope the owners realize what an asset they have to the company. If they don't then I hope this is a way for him to get that recognition. Regulars seem to flock to him and new customers seem to gravitate to him. This is an excellent trait to have in any employee. We were only planning on coming it to do a flight but ended up spending over $100 all because of good people and good atmosphere. I will highly recommend this place as long as...
Read moreFinally had the chance to go here yesterday and boy was I not disappointed! I always see that they have all the trending craft brews in the area on Untappd app available from all the local Breweries. Many beers rated 4.0+
TONS of craft beers on tap. Most of them from the local area. Bartender was nice and knowledgeable. Checked on us several times even though we were sitting at a hightop away from the bar.
The place is spacious and bright. Great ambiance. Several TVs to watch. Would be a good place to watch a game. They even had board games available to play if you wanted! They do have a kitchen with a menu of bar Staples that seemed AMAZING. Didn't order food this time though because we had already eaten before coming. Will make sure to come hungry next time!
In the end this is a craft brew lovers DREAM bar. They know their stuff and are constantly updating the beer list even as we were sitting there! Must have more than 20 beers on tap and many more available in cans. They did have several craft Ciders as well and even wine and spirits available as well!
I'm a fan and will certainly...
