Amazing place.
I walked into place and the vibe was amazing, very peaceful and clean tables. They have very comfortable seating and idkw but you feel comfortable here that’s what i felt at least. So went to the counter and waited like 10 mins because the employees were busy so i have no issue with that. Then the guy walks up to me and starts to take my order, he was polite and helpful but he didn’t even have a slight smile on his face, this is the problem i face at many places, look even if you’re not helpful but you are polite with a smiley face to the customer the customer will not be able to notice you that much. The smile is the bare minimum, i say this in all my reviews for places who have blunt face employees. A SMILE COULD MAKE SOMEONES DAY. But he was good just lacked a smile which is very important in customer service jobs like these.
I tried cookies and cream waffle and ohh god i forgot to take a picture of it but it looked amazing and tasted even better. I loved it. My personal favorite. Highly recommended. On my next visit i will edit this review and post a picture of that waffle.
I ordered taro boba with coconut jelly for a drink with my waffle, and trust me i am very impressed. I am gonna keep coming back here. The flavor was very balanced, usually the boba places mess up balancing in flavors but here it was perfect.
The menu is huge with so many good options, you can come back here for the next 10 times and there’s still something new you can try.
I really want business like this to get very successful and famous.

Read morehad come in a couple days ago at night. As soon as I walked and read the menu there was such a large selection of items to order from and I very much enjoyed that. The line was a bit confusing as I didn’t know where it started but I had soon figured it out.
When I went to order, the boy who at register was very nice and kindly gave me recommendations based off what i was feeling for that day after I asked for some. Now that is how you give recommendations to people, he didn’t sound like he was advertising at all, but just genuinely trying to help me. He made small talk , which was enjoyable & a great change of pace when it came to worker interactions.
After words when I had went to receive my drink the lady at the counter gave a wonderful smile after I had asked if she had called my number out. Again the whole energy I got from that interaction felt so genuine and the small talk and that brief interaction made by the lady so helped bolster that feeling. Overall the service here is amazing and really brightened my night and all the workers were wonderful 5/5
I was recommended what I think was a peach mango smoothie it was pretty good. Felt a little plain but overall still refreshing. So a 4/5 on food. I’ll definitely be coming back here
The only reason I give 4/5 stars for atmosphere is only because I do believe it was a tad bit loud for the time that I had come in the store but that is in no part due to the employees faults. There was just a large amount of customers enjoying them selves is all.

Read moreI usually never have a problem when coming here, I love the boba here. Although on Monday around 2pm I came for my break for a boba and waffle. As I walk in it’s slow I go up to the register I’m patiently waiting for one of the workers to take my order, I waited at least 5 minutes for one of them to take my order. There was two girls working. A girl with blue hair walked passed me and gave a dirty look instead of taking my order, then the girl with the blonde curly hair takes my order, no smile not greeting or anything. She takes my order, I sit down and wait usually it takes less than 10 minutes to prepare my order. The girl with blue hair was just standing there and the other girl was walking around. They called other orders but mine. Until I finally get my number called after 23 minutes. I go up and thank them, the girl with blonde hair did not say anything, not a thank you, have a good day or an apology for the wait. I was very disappointed. Even after I was still upset I spent half of my break here I thank them and they did not provide good customer service. Like I said before I never have a problem and I enjoy coming here but this incident that happened is so disappointing, management should really do something about their employers providing...
