Disorganized. Poor customer service. Long waits. Will not be returning to this pharmacy and I do not recommend this pharmacy.
Long wait. When I went to pick up my meds there was a charge which is unusual. I asked about this and I was told that my insurance was billed. So I paid and left. In my car, I find out from my previous pharmacy that this should be no charge for my meds and this CVS did NOT correctly bill my insurance.
I go back in. Longer wait. Turns out they didn't have my insurance details like they said. They refund me my money. They move me to another window. They key in my details. I wait.
Then, they tell me that my insurance may NOT actually cover scripts through CVS and that I may have to be re-charged for my scripts. Since I had already picked up and paid for the meds previously they couldn't refund me or take the meds back. They switch me to another window and I'm re-charged for my meds. I get 2 texts after the fact saying my scripts aren't covered with CVS.
If they had told me when I was first picking up my meds that my insurance was NOT billed I would not have picked up the meds. Secondly, if they had told me in advance that my scripts may not be covered through my insurance with CVS I wouldn't have picked up the meds. This would've saved an hour of my time...
   Read moreCommunication here is beyond horrible. I transferred Perscroptions on a Thursday and on Sunday I had heard nothing had to go into the store to speak.with someone. Cvs doesn't put you through to a person have to wait for them to call you back. I was told that my prescriptions were on hold. I needed one that Wednesday. Not sure what they did when transferring them but I went back to Jewel and they had them filled within 2 hours. I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH CVS.    Read moreReview written 08/02/2025. They have a nice system on the cvs app where you can message the pharmacy about your rx order. This helps to be able to reach out to pharmacy staff without having to wait on hold on phone. Also you can leave them a voicemail and they will call you back. Also you can scan a barcode on your phone to pick up medicine.
So far all positive experiences at this pharmacy. Thank you!!!!
