Starbucks — Restaurant in Schaumburg Township

I've ordered the same Eggnog Creme drink here 3 times in the past 3 days and each time it tastes less like eggnog and more like straight milk. Seriously I could microwave my own milk at home and save $7 for their tasteless drink. Complete rip off and complete lack of consistency. And then to add insult to injury, today they did not add the whipped cream I requested. This is my first time ever going out of my way to get Starbucks because I was so impressed by this drink 2 days ago and they've ruined it. I'm not wasting my money on...

Sunday 4:20 pm. No one was inside the store . NO ONE. We are standing by the cashier , one girl was doing an order , the other person was doing ...not sure what. Then the girl said something to the other person and he or she saw us, turn his/her back to us and they were conversing. It seemed like they had no intention of serving us at all. NO ONE said hi, no one said ANYTHING to us. It's insane to be ignored in a store that charges so much for a cup of coffee. This Starbucks is in my neighborhood, will never come back...

Avoid this location. Worse shaken espresso EVER. My whole order is wrong! I said regular shaken espresso, venti, with ALMOND milk. They gave me a grande, REGULAR milk, and added CINNAMON on top?? I’ve never had anyone add cinnamon. I am lactose intolerant so I can’t even drink it cause of the reg milk. NOT TO MENTION, that I told them at the window and they said I have to go to the back of the line for them to remake it and gave me an attitude. Worse experience EVER. Do better.
