I had to buy a new floor jack because my existing one finally died after having it for 20 years I called around a few places before I decided to go to harbor Freight and found at Harbor Freight had a large selection and in assortment of prices to match the assortment of Jack types I did make my purchase at Harbor Freight and bought a Pittsburgh 3 ton floor jack with a steel construction and Rapid pump I brought it home and immediately used it to finish the job I was in the middle of and I am very pleased already with its construction and performance so only time can tell as far as its quality as to whether it will last as long as my last floor jack but for the time being I have faith in its construction durability performance and reliability while I was there on a final note I had spoken to four different employees and everyone either had knowledge to offer or just good conversation the location I went to was I believe Hanover Park and that will most likely be my key location for...
Read moreI purchased big Veapon Safe for $650 few days ago. Company not doing delivery. I paid $600 to Delivery Company to pick it up and bring safe to my house. As soon as we opened box we saw big damage on the top corner. I was going to the store next day to inform them a out damage and looked up Floor model, because floor model had the same damage few days ago. On the floor was Safe without any damage. !!!!!! They sold me Damaged floor model. Now they want me to bring it back ( I have to pay Delivery Company another$600) to return it and pay another $600 to delivery Company to bring another one to my house. Read moreWhen I say the manager Tony is a liar, I don’t mean he keeps his lies to harbor freight stuff. I mean he lies about all sorts of stuff. Every time I talked to him he told a different lie. All the way down to going on break at 10am so he doesn't have to deal with a dissatisfied customer, and then saying he’s dealing with other customers as he’s walking back in the store. All I can say is, if you can’t walk out the store with whatever you’re buying, sleep on it, because they can’t tell you when it will be there, and even if you’ve been waiting a month for whatever you paid for they’ll still fight you on a refund. Tony will tell you he can’t do it, you have to call customer service, and customer service will tell you he’s the only one that can do it. He’ll tell you your item wasn’t on the truck, but customer service will tell you he marked it damaged....
