I am beyond upset!! Your company legit ripped me off...I went into the store asked for an ultimate Supreme pizza JUST ADD black olive....SAME EXACT PIZZA FOR $9 and ADD black olives and it comes out to $17....you're telling me you are going to charge me $8 FOR ONE EXTRA INGREDIENT because it's a CUSTOM ORDER!? I didn't realize it until after I paid and double looked at my receipt and it said CUSTOM $17....I went to go ask why I'm paying $8 for black olives...the guy at the counter laughed and said "because it's a custom order pizza" I'm dumbfounded at how the SAME EXACT PIZZA that is $9 ONLINE and INSTORE went up by $8 to $17 JUST BECAUSE I WANTED TO ADD 1...1 INGREDIENT TO THE PIZZA thinking yeah alright it will be an extra $2-3 NOPE!!! Read moreBy far the worst customer service I have experienced at this location ! The employee attending the front was beyond rude to everyone . I got an email that my food was ready went inside and they said an additional 40 min wait. Honestly that wasn’t even a problem for me . The issue was your employee she was not trying to help non English speaking customers being very ignorant, throwing the food on the counter, not trying to refund a customer after they gave him a cheaper pizza vs what he ordered she stated there’s nothing I can do . Yes there was to give the man his refund ! People simply asking where the pizza was since the email stated it was ready all she said was “well if your name is not on the screen that means it’s not ready “ and smiled sarcastically! By far a trash of a person I felt bad for all the customer that got disrespected ! Also employees in the back literally on their phones while making pizza ! Tell me that’s ok? THE WORST! Read moreUpdated 8/2/23: after 2 near on-time pickups, they're back to running 20 minites (and counting) behind on a simple crazy bread order. "In the oven," according to the app 30 minutes ago, but in reality, it's not even in the oven yet.
We pay on the app, but a guy checking out paying cash was told exact change only, as they don't have change.
Whoever owns and runs this location should be ashamed.
I will literally run this store for 3 months for $300,000 if you want to fix it. ‐------------------- Hanover Park location. Employees are always super friendly, kind to our kids and doing the best they can. but the last few times we've picked up there, they are completely overwhelmed.
Estimated times, per the app of 20-35 minutes, turn into 60-90 minutes. That's just for crazy bread.
They either need more employees, better equipment, or someone to handle the workflow. I don't think the problem is with the employees. It's the operation as a whole, and it's been ongoing for some time now.
We've changed what had been a weekly treat for the kids to a rare and always disappointing experience.
