Your doughnuts are always great but the service is just hit or miss all the time. The lady working this morning with white hat and headset today approx 7:15am has zero business speaking to people if she believes that is even decent customer service skills. She doesn’t seem to understand how to just move the process along. She would rather correct people on doughnut names than get me out of the store with doughnuts. She seems to enjoy pretending as if she’s confused and rolling her eyes when you say anything she finds incorrect Idk? Fun Fact your own website doesn’t even call them Frosted you call then iced or under cake doughnuts you refer to them as “chocolate”. So her need to correct people and create frustrating moments at the counter is not only ethically wrong but apparently wrong all together. I ended up just getting whatever because I wanted to leave more then I wanted the correct doughnut at that point. You ruined what was supposed to be a fun surprise for me a my kids this morning.
As well, if someone is getting a dozen just grab the doughnuts as they ask for them because you are not great at keeping a count and correcting people at the same time, you also face the box away from the customers. We the customers can’t see the count now and if you constantly correcting people vs grabbing things it throws us the customers count off as well forcing us to give up on what we want and take w/e we can just to get out of their and away from your attitude.

Read moreWent to get half dozen donuts the cashier behind the counter was rude. The last donut which i choose was strawberry filled. When the cashier gave me the total it was 8.86. I asked how come it is that much for half dozen she said it is because i choose a special donut so i asked where it is said special donut? I didnt care so i took the special one out and took old fashioned donut. Again my total came 7.67 since half dozen is only $6.49 plus tax so i told the cashier i need a reciept. when she printed it, they charged me $6.99 instead $6.49. So i told the cashier they charged me wrong price it is displayed 6.49 on the display so she said manager does not change the prices, alot of times she had told manager about this. I told her i dont need the donuts if they are not going to honor displayed price. so she started talking in spanish. The manager didnt even bother to apologize he just gave me 50 cents.
I have no problem paying 50 cents but atleast charge what is displayed and on top of that they dont seem to even rectify the mistake just...

I give this donut shop my business and the regular people I normally see was not working these pass two Mondays that I had a situation. The first Monday I went though the drive though I received hard donuts.The following Monday I went though the drive though I ask that same lady I had before she happened to be there again I asked this lady do you make your donuts fresh every day she says yes I told her last time I was here my donuts were hard this lady said nothing to my response she could of said sorry. She turned her head and did nothing . Then I placed my order and when I got the change back she drop my change on the ground because it was not surcure in my hand when she handed it to me then she closed the window.she seen what happened but didn't care no sorry what a rudd person .
