I visited this establishment with two family members after an amazing night at an escape room. We had just pushed our mental skills to their limits and although we did indeed escape it took us roughly 45 minutes longer than the time limit, and we needed quite a bit of help as well. But... lets not talk about that, lets get to the deets about our run to the border.
It was probably around midnight and we had not ingested any alcohol yet, but we were prepared already with a bag of loose cans of Tecate that we had been traveling with from location to location over the past few days.
I ordered a crunchy taco and a burrito with some mild sauce. My other family members ordered other stuff, you'll have to check their review for info on that. The drivethru lane was adequately paved and it was an extremely smooth drive from start to finish. The menus were amazingly vibrant and I wanted everything, but it might just have been that we were soooo hungry.
We took our meals home and consumed a fair amount of Tecate from the travel bag. I heard no complaints about any of our meals, so I'm confident that the kitchen was in fine form that night. If you are ever in the area and soooo hungry, do not hesitate to visit this fine...
Read moreHad two-starred this place for a while since the lobby was still closed--in July--due to COVID and Taco Bell franchise owner was not willing to put up dividers for the staff. This kept a lot of money from flowing through here from first responders, semi truck drivers, bicyclists and people without cars since the locals know that the drive-thru here is incredibly narrow with a short clearance. Fortunately, they've changed course and the lobby and dine-in are now open, socially distanced.
There are a few changes at this location to minimize contact to COVID. For one the sauce packets, tissues and forks are all behind the counter and you must ask for them or specify how many you want when placing a mobile order. For soda cups, refills are still possible, but you must ask for new cup. Neither are bad things given the circumstances so I'm not dinging for that.
It's four stars because prices are a bit high for the area, and sometimes you taste a batch of bad lettuce or onions. However, apart from that, it's all around a good experience with...
Read moreI have never felt like I was a valued customer at this location. Now, I know working a drive thru can be aggravating. I've done it myself. The three times I went to this location, I have been greeted by someone who hardly gets an entire word out of their mouth. All of my orders looked sloppily put together and one time my ENTIRE order was soaking wet. Shame on me for not looking before I got home, but everything inside of the bag was soaked and I could not eat it. The outside bag was fine so I know it was not something I caused myself. Now, I love Taco Bell more than a lot of people I'm sure, but this location needs serious...
