If you need or want to get anything at all to explore your own or a couples' deeper romantic, playful, naughty, or the "etc" type desires, THIS is the place to go! Forget Lover's Lane and their ridiculous corporate BS and lack of serious personal customer service. Many folks are shy or bashful about going to adult themed shops because of the stigma still surrounding the topic of sex, but this atmosphere here is laid back, the gal here, Tina, is INCREDIBLY helpful, understanding, and very knowledgeable. This girl also went above and beyond to find a product that they USED TO carry for me and help me find it, even though she had no real reason to do so; but she did, and while doing so, she STILL helped the other customers in the store without compromising the attention she was giving to me or anyone else. What a doll, she was so sweet and she made sure also, to point out the clothing they had on sale, as well as the new perfume they'd just gotten in, which had me stick around and actually end up buying more than I came in for, but it was WELL WORTH IT, and I'm super glad she mentioned it, because the perfume she pointed out is actually now my new favorite! DEFECTIVE & POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BETTER OFF BUYING from AMAZON, Prices are cheaper on the exact same products and standard Amazon return policy for defective products. I bought a product that cost $30. Yes, the device seemed to work when the sales rep tested it in the store but when I got home the device wouldn’t turn on, no matter what I tried. There was a bad connection in the wiring that wasn’t making contact with the battery. I didn’t want to be stuck with a defective purchase so I went back to the store explaining that the device was defective and asked if I could exchange, thinking they would care about the quality of merchandise they are selling. With her arms crossed in a dismissive manner, the sales rep said sorry there’s nothing we can do, you’ll have to call the manufacturer. Let’s face it, nobody wants to deal with contacting a manufacturer after just purchasing an item from a store. If I purchased from this store and they made a profit, they should be responsible for ensuring the customer satisfaction and replacing a defective product even if that means they might lose a little money on the sale but keep the customer happy. This place is ridiculously amazing! We should be able to give 5+ stars to certain business that deserve it. This shop deserves it. Adult toy stores are often for women, as most toys are for women. That’s understandable. As a man going into the store, the staff there didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all, they weren’t pushy, they weren’t judgemental about the toys I bought, it was an amazing experience overall. Plus they do have a great selection for men. Prices are phenomenal! Saw a few people talking about Amazon, which is absolutely ridiculous.
