Overall a very good company to work with. I set up a Saturday appointment through Google Maps to have a remote start installed on my 2014 Civic. Not knowing exactly what I wanted, they helped me to find the best product. I don’t like carrying stuff, so I didn’t want the extra key fob. They were able to program my current key fob to activate the remote start and link my phone to be able to do the same. The app is $7 a month, which is a downside. I don’t like being financially tied to products indefinitely. I must admit though that being able to start my car from so far away is pretty slick, and the vehicle locator means I no longer have to take photos of where I park my car at a stadium. The only real fault I see with my Viper remote start is that it’s glitchy. I’m not sure if it’s the product or the installation. Often, but not always, when I start my car with the app, as soon as I open my car door, the car dies. It’s not a big deal because the car is now warm, which is the main point, but this should not be the case.
