I came in here at 3pm on a Friday. 4 cooks I believe one of the men was the manager wearing a polo and a hat. No one wearing gloves, grabbed the Parmesan cheese and topped my noodles. Guy wearing hat did one of those outer hand wipes of his nose. With no gloves on. Didn’t step away or go put gloves on. Continued plating food.
Two girls were dining in as well as us. All food placed in to go bags. As if we were encouraged to leave?? Tables sticky. Drink machine out of ice. We used to frequent this location. Not sure what happened here but will not come back. Honestly didn’t want my food after seeing no gloves on while grabbing the cheese. Chipotle workers have gloves on while they grab cheese….. Workers behind the counter MIA and had to be called out while our order was taken. Unacceptable and disgusting.
Our order was placed in a paper bag and set on the counter as we are sitting here waiting, and provided our name when asked while placing the order. They never called our name. We just sat there like idiots waiting for our food. I took photos but will spare them their dignity and refrain from posting. Being in a the heart of metropolitan area, I strongly advise going somewhere else to eat :)
UPDATE: after 15min(embarrassing we didn’t get up and check sooner) my fiancé went and said it would’ve been nice to have our names called as they did for other customers. Manager didn’t say anything, took the bag and began remaking our order. Which is nice because we will happily take it and leave. Not sit in this unwelcoming...

While it still remains my kids' favorite restaurant, service and food quality has gone down significantly!
Food and service: every order of ours has been a miss. Either under-cooked broccoli or missed pieces of the order or inconsistently shocking quantity of food or getting sizes wrong - it's a gamble...everytime! It's fun, if you like to get surprised everytime! Oh..they don't have the Veracruz salad anymore!! :-(
App and reward: They changed their app and rewards a couple years ago. Since then, it's gotten very confusing to say the least! Purchases don't get credited; when credited they don't become available; when becomes available you can't redeem it often. App let's you redeem multiple items at once and will take points; but their system only takes 1 item per bill - so, you lose your rewards. Counter folks have NO clue about the app and rewards!
So, why do I go there still? According to my kids 'best Mac&Cheese' ever!!
My 4 year old's favorite restaurant for mac & cheese and my favorite restaurant for chicken Veracruz salad (the only salad I love!).
Do download their app and scan your receipts. We've enjoyed so many free meals...

The concept is quite interesting. Basically they gathered the most popular pasta/noodle dishes from around the world all in one place. If you are very particular about your noodles, I don't think this place is for you. If you are open to a different interpretation of some of your favorite noodle dishes, you might walk out a happy customer.
I ordered the Korean instant ramen dish as I was curious to see what that was like. Honestly, I didn't think it was bad at all. If I were to get nitpicky, I'd say that there really wasn't a strong "Korean" taste to the dish and that it would have been nice had it been spicy. Overall, I did enjoy it. I was happy to have been able to try a different take on a food that I'm quite fond of. What I didn't enjoy as much were the meatballs. I thought that they used too much sauce. It felt as if I was having a little bit of meat with my sauce and not the other way around.
If you are looking for a quick bite and like noodles/pasta, give this...
