Dharma's Bed and Biscuit — Local services in Schertz

Since 20 Apr 2022, I have been utilizing the services there. Previously I had gone to different grooming and care services for my dog. I continue to attend Dharma's Bed and Biscuit because the service is unique. How so you may wonder. Anytime schedule an appointment the service show up at my home on time. Also they are typically ahead of schedule and they will come to your home or business with their mobile unit with your permission early. That alone helps me continue get to my other daily routines. This summer 2024 the owner's main A/C unit went out of service. The owner improvised and moved all of her fur guest into an A/C garage with all their food, water, beds, cages, and other supplies. Any pets owner is aware of the unfortunate risks incurred by leaving them with just anyone while on a vacation that the pets can not travel to. I had the best experience with Charlie! She sent me so many pictures of my sweet puppy while I was away and treated her like her very own by letting her sleep in bed with her and snuggle! Then, when I came to pick my pup up, Charlie let me know that she likely had an ear infection, and that she may have allergies and suggested a food that she could eat that is for dogs with allergies She even suggested an allergy medicine. I took my dog to the vet and she did in fact have an ear infection that luckily Charlie found way before I would have and I was able to get my pup the treatment she needs before it got any worse. Last year, on a very casual first time play date with some of Dharma's pack, Charlie felt a lump in Taz's armpit. Long story short, it ended up being a malignant growth that needed to be removed in order to save our beloved Taz's life. Charlie was there through the entire procedure and a scary difficult recovery. She reassured us, checked in on him, and really helped get us through the whole ordeal. Charlie is Taz's guardian angel and there is no thanks sufficient for what she did for us and him. The love that Charlie has for animals and the gratitude that we feel for having her in our dog's life cannot be overstated!
