So the last time I came here I had absolutely terrible service and I hadn't planned on coming back but I happened to see that they had a couple new blasts available.. The cheesecake blast and the strawberry cheesecake glass made with real strawberries.. I love cheesecake so I had to come in plus they literally have in my opinion the best crispiest onion rings so if the blast was a bust I would at least get my onion ring fix.. the gentleman who took my order I had asked if he had personally tried the blast to which he replied he hates cheesecake but that he tries all of the new products that they get in so he tried it anyways and said it was pretty good in his opinion so coming from somebody who hates cheesecake and giving it a compliment I decided to try it for myself and go with the strawberry.. it's about 10:30 p.m. so they were pretty busy so I expected to have a long wait time but to my surprise my order came out fairly quick considering how busy they were, the onion rings were nice and hot when I took the bag unfortunately I realized I was given a regular cheesecake last instead of a strawberry so I push their famous little red button to wait which again I was probably answered and I let them know that I had received the wrong flavor so the same gentleman who took my order in the first place is the one who came out and apologized for the mix-up said I can go ahead and keep the one I already had and he would make me a new one which was totally awesome okay what to do he could have taken it back even though I probably would have gone to waste then shortly after he brought out the correct flavor and I was absolutely not disappointed at all it had real cheesecake pieces as well as strawberry pieces it was so delicious, ultimately if you're looking for a late night snack definitely go grab yourself one of these cheesecake blasts they're only available for a...
Read moreI came with my family at 9:25 pm on 5/27/24 and ordered $100.66 worth of food.The cashier was laughing and playing on the intercom with another employee while taking our order. I tried to ignore it as they all seem to be teenagers working and continued with my order. The cashier was rude and came to collect the money before I could get any drinks. I asked her if she could please make sure the lemonade was sweet as previous times it was watered down, she said " um I'll see but I need to collect the payment first" I again said that's fine but can you please make sure it's sweet and fresh she said yes I'll make a fresh batch sarcastically. The cook was standing in the middle of the kitchen smoking marijuana and had no care in the world as if he does it all the time. My order came out with a missing drink and I let my cashier know, she tried telling me it was correct so I asked her for my receipt as she never gave me one. I looked over my receipt and showed her where I ordered 4 meals with 4 lemonades and a total of 9 meals all together with 9 drinks and how I had only received 8 drinks total. The cashier said we'll let me go ring you up with another meal and walked away. I looked at my receipt again and it clearly shows 9 meals total so I got down and the waited at the door, the cashier came out and said "yes ma'am" I showed her the receipt and counted to her all 9 meals and drinks and told her again how I'm missing 1 she said yes ma'am I'll get you you're drink and then brought it out. I let her know that I had received horrible service and would be reporting to corporate about the gentleman smoking in the kitchen and I have a video recording of him and them playing in the building and that is why they were getting orders wrong. I explained this to Marvonte who was understanding and wore his mask at all times and was super understanding about what I was missing in my order, he then said he would get someone I could talk to about my order. A manger came to my vehicle not wearing his mask properly and stood in my face and at first what seem like a customer service conversation lead to a rude and disrespectful conversation when he told me I am mistaken and for me to keep looking in the bags I have cause he personally bagged my food and everything was in there, and he stated that he didn’t see my food on the ground so I gotta have my food in my bags and he grinned (again he was not wearing his mask, and told me personally bagged and prepared my food with no gloves) he refused to believe me and kept saying that my order was as complete,Even though it wasn’t, I told him I had given all my bags back to His employee MARVONTE to check personally, and at this point he insinuated that I was a liar so I told him he was not providing customer service as a manager and asked for his name and for corporates number and he just walked away, only providing a 1800 number , so Not only did THIS MANAGER PROVIDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT HE PUT MYSELF AND FAMILY’S HEALTH AT RISK AS I AM PREGNANT AND HE DID NOT STAND 6”FT APART FROM MY CAR HE INSISTED ON LEANING ON MY CAR AND STANDING IN MY FACE AND INSINUATING THAT I WAS A LIAR, AND BY HIS OWN WORDS HE DID NOT PROVIDE SANITARY MEANS TO PROPERLY HANDLE MY FOOD, HE DID NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SEVERANCE , Therefore I will not be returning to sonic with my family.
