Flaming Bird By H-E-B — Restaurant in San Antonio

We went to this flaming bird on fm78 and foster rd. We saw that they closed at 8 pm so we hurried did our shopping and went to get some chicken for dinner. It was already running late and didn’t want to have to cook dinner late so we decided to pick up some chicken. We walked to the counter and they had already put up the everything it was 35min till closing. Guy told us he put some chicken out front under heat lamp. So we picked one. It had 4 leg quarters in it and the one in the middle and one on the bottom were not cooked all the way through. The skin was raw. I’m hoping we don’t get sick tonight. We also fed some to our dogs which I’m really more worried about. I really don’t think we’ll be getting food from there again. Obviously not checking temperatures.
