This was a pleasant surprise to stop into today!! The moment I walked in I was nicely greeted, the ac felt great inside, the store smelled really nice no matter where I walked in the store!! Everything was well stocked, face fronted, and orderly. Staff was very nice and looked like they took pride in keeping things looking nice in the store. I was in and out fairly quickly this first time, I’ll definitely be back many more times in the future to check out all of the neat gadgets, different brands of things, and deals they have in store!! I did enjoy the look of the location and it's cleanliness, self check outs fine but when trying to find a manager for assistance it took a while and I had to walk around the store. They have their items priced incorrectly on shelves rung up my order expecting an affordable price only to get an incorrect one manager just said I must have priced all these items wrong sorry these are the normal prices do you want them or not. I was expecting them to honor their advertised prices but they did not so I did not follow through with my purchases I felt like they were tricking me into paying more and I do not like that. I work at this location and management is terrible. The hours are based on favoritism and your expected to work 10x harder than the assistant manager. Oh, also expect to be called in as a lead because the assistant manager doesn’t show up or calls you in to finish the rest of their shift (2 hours) EVERY WEEK. I put in an anonymous report against management for these issues and I was met with immediate retaliation. Now I have even LESS hours than before. I got scheduled 1 shift for two weeks.
