Update: My family and I stopped going to this location altogether. We were going here easily 3 times a week including every Saturday morning for breakfast. We were there so much the workers recognized our dog. They were always kind, but on our last visit we were told that we only get a single sauce per meal and each additional sauce is 10 cents. Obviously that doesn’t break the bank, but it just comes off as tacky. I don’t need a bag full of sauce, but you’re going to charge me if I want two? Seriously? I’ve started going to the one at the forum where there is no sauce limit (just like every other chick-fil-a I’ve been to). Sadly they’re usually busy, so I don’t frequent chick-fil-a as much.
The best way to describe this Chick-fil-A location is “mediocre.” The food is good and the interactions with the employees are always nice, but this location is very stingy. No matter what size meal I order the box of fries is never full. And when I say not full I mean you literally have to look into the box to see fries. This happens whether I get a medium or large fry with my meal. Another thing I’ve noticed at this location only is a “sauce limit.” Now I can honestly say I eat Chick-fil-A at least twice a week and I’m a Chick-fil-A sauce fiend. I usually go through three to four sauces a meal, for me it is the true liquid gold. However, this location will charge you per container over the limit of two sauces per meal. This nickel and dime tactic sounds like something out of a McDonald’s in communist Russia, not a company as right leaning as Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A didn’t become what it is today for limiting sauces and gyping people out of fries. Chick-fil-A became famous for its great customer service and embracing the American freedom for me to have as many sauces as I can shove down my gullet without an up charge!...
Read more**I swear its hit or miss with this CFA! I ordered lunch to be delivered and mind you it was the first lunch hour of the day. I would expect the food to be super fresh and hot. However, the grilled chicken sandwich that I ordered was cold, the lettuce was wilted and the bread was falling apart, like it was old and stale! I gave the chicken and bacon to my dog and I filed an issue on the app and they rewarded me to get another sandwich, but I definitely will not be your redeeming at this location! On top of The delivery fee I even gave the driver an eight dollar tip! And all I got was fries and a lemonade for $27! I think I’m done with this location! This is the second issue this week I’ve had with them. The mobile order I had last weekend was missing part of my order. I don’t know what’s going on with this location. You just remodeled the place so you probably should remodel your staff as well! TIME TO DRIVE TO THE NEW LOCATION ON KITTY HAWK 🙄 Every time I visit this Chick-fil-A I start to believe the quality of their food is going downhill until I visit a different location. Why is it only the Woodlake Chick-fil-A that quality seems to be declining. Please fix it! I would hate to travel all the way to the Forum just to get quality food. I’ve visited Chick-fil-A throughout the country and they all seem to be on the same page except this one in Woodlake. What is going on?
12/19/24…..They continue to disappoint! I don’t usually get breakfast from here, but I was out running errands and decided to give them another chance so I ordered the chicken and cheese biscuit and this is what I open when I got home. It doesn’t even smell right! I will be taking this back to the store! $9.99 for this?! The hashbrowns were good but this...
Read moreI love CFA, I love the restaurant. Most of the employees are amazing. I will say though the way they handle their complaints is terrible. I requested to speak with Mike Mills about a complaint and was denied and told he doesn’t deal with customer complaints. Even though the manager is the one I was complaining about. They sent the wrong order completely. It was dinner for ONLY my 3 kids and they got the order wrong. Ok no big deal, just please deliver my order and we will call it a day. He refused to put me in queue and explained he will basically get to me when it gets to me. He said I had to wait after rush hour. It was 5ish and I placed my order at 4:40. Rush ends after 6. I explained that it was dinner for my kids and if he would just put me in queue based on my phone call time so that I don’t have to wait hours to get my food. He said no. I said fine. Hung up. Never received my order, a phone call stating no one was coming to drop off my order, or a refund. Called today to complain and was told no to speaking with the supervisor Mike I could only speak to manager. She sounded unapologetic and just said she would speak with employee. She did give me a refund on my order…which isn’t really a favor because I paid for something I never received. I will never be returning to this location. I’d rather drive to city base with the amazing team over there or the forum. The attitude the first manager had on the phone (even my 10 year old said man, he sounded rude) & the lack of accountability is enough to make me steer clear.
