I placed my order online. Upon completion of the order nothing states you have to go into the store for them to even cook your food.
Upon arrival I sat in my truck patiently waiting for my order to be loaded into the pizza portal. I go inside, after waiting and not seeing my name pop up on the screen saying my order has been loaded into the portal for pickup, I told the cashier that I'd been waiting 45 minutes passed my estimated pickup time for my pizza to be put in the pizza portal. The extremely rude cashier decided to cop an attitude rolled his eyes and very rudely interrupted me and demanded if I had come inside to let them know i was here yet. I told him no because I placed a pizza portal pickup and nothing online told me I needed to go inside to let you know I was here for you to start my order. He rolls his eyes and walks off and starts slamming doors to the pizza warmers and having an obvious tantrum with the establishment full of patrons. When I told him that wasn't necessary and he was being rude he instantly was triggered and became even more rude and disrespectful. The video attached shows the individual mentioned post tantrum.
This establishment needs to have better trained customer service because this was absolutely disgusting behavior for someone that is supposed to be representing the company that's paying him.
Furthermore, by the time I finally got my order it was cold and inedible. They were not even trying to put the orders into the pizza portal or in the warmers, instead orders were being stacked on the table that they were using to box orders up and left to sit out until you came in for your order. This is against all health codes for proper food...
Read moreVery disappointed at the customer service I always experience there. Last night was just ridiculous. I went to pick up dinner for my family and I placed the order online. I arrived 10 minutes early and knew I had to wait so I sat down. Never got greeted just stared at and after about 10 minutes the cashier asked a young lady to ask me.... ma'am are you waiting for an order? I said yes, gave her my name and order items. She then went to the cashier who didn't have any customers and told him. I was sitting right by the registers and don't know why he didn't just ask me. Anyways about 5 more minutes passed and about 6 employees were by the oven just talking away. My order should've been ready by now but I hear someone say can y'all drop Italian cheese bread. OMG there are not just now putting in my cheese bread but yup they did and so I wait some more very patiently. The door opens and what I thought was a customer come in was actually an employee. Her attire consist of what would say Pj's and SOCKS...no shoes but SOCKS. She walked to the back and came to the front registers with a box of pizza. Had a a few words with coworkers then walked to the back again, grabbed a soda from fridge and left. Me and a few of the other customers were baffled and try to figure out why they allowed her to go back there. This store lacks authority, management, food safety, customer service, and time management for food service. They make sure there drive through is running smoothly but forget about the customers that pick up orders. Hopefully the GM can address the...
Read moreThis review has been a long time coming. I’m not easily upset by fast food establishments. I’m a very patient person. I have previously worked at a little Caesar’s so I’m extremely familiar with panning sheet outs, prep line, cutting and boxing pizzas, cleaning the lobby, greeting customers and ringing them up, etc. I think we can all agree Little Caesars is not known for its high quality atmosphere, nor its well-rated pizza and affiliated items. People come here for the cheap, quick, easy (branded Hot-N-Ready, even) pizza and breadsticks; some of the easiest food to make in the world, especially since all the work is done for the night crew by the morning crew! Is it at all possible to make a single order in this store’s drive-thru without being told, “uhh, yeah. Hold on.” Waiting 10 minutes. Then being told, “ok what do you want?” Giving out order, pulling forward, only to be asked, “what did you want again?” Repeating our order, and waiting another 20 minutes for it to be made. What? I would bet it doesn’t help that every member of this stores staff I’ve ever encountered has reeked to high Heaven of the dankest weed I’ve ever smelled. Like, I mean I get it. It’s not the greatest place in the world to work, but it’s no where near as bad as alternatives out there. Come on yall. Make our orders right and well, pay attention to your customers, smoke off the clock, and take care of your store and each other. I bet any 5 star reviews of this place are...
