Do not waste your time or money on this place! I came in with my daughter for a mommy daughter day together, and I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted done. It was an ombré pink n yellow with palm trees on the big toes. I sat in there for 3 hours waiting for her to finish my toes. Other people came n went while I continued to sit n wait. She cut me bad 3 times on one toe n it bled where it's obviously gonna scab n look bad. When you come in for a pedicure you wanna relax n feel good, you don't want to keep getting cut where your in pain. Anyways, at the end she tried to draw a palm tree n could not do it and got upset with me when I asked if someone else could. She said if you don't like my work you wait for someone else and it'll be another hour. Another hour? Are you kidding me?! I've been here for 3 hours! So I look at her end result and my toe is still bleeding and my skin is stained from where she tried to do the ombré and it looked horrible. I asked them to work with me on the price because it was $58 for their chop job they did, and they refused saying I could go sit down again and they would just take the color off. Seriously? I've been going there for 17 years and have always paid their high prices without ever complaining and tipping very well each time. While talking about it to the owner, her mother got up and came over to me and grabbed my arm hard and tried to yank me into a chair!! I called the police and when they arrived they all lied of course saying that she never touched me and I owed them 140$ for my 9 year old daughters nails n toes painted and my messed up toes. Not only did I call them but I was showed so much disrespect by the police and FOXY NAILS! I was ripped off and humiliated! I do not mind paying their crazy high prices if they don't chop my nails n skin all up n finish the job properly showing me some respect while doing so.. what a horrible place! I decided to try this place because it is one of the few salons in the area open on a Sunday and I didn’t want to wait an hour to have my nails done at the other salon in the mall with better reviews...lesson learned. Below average overall quality. My nails were not shaped evenly. I keep short nails but have never had an issue with having them shaped nicely. The technician never asked which shape I wanted and they did what appears to be a mixture of round and square so now my nails look stubbier than before I had them done. My technician was friendly and did a good job on my cuticles, polish job is okay... The salon has cute decor, but needs to be cleaned as it appears they neglect to deep clean the floor / walls which have a build up of dirt and filth. They also had a rug which has clearly had a huge hole in it for a while. WHY? The UV nail curator has a large opening in it and even if you you just glance when you put your hand in and look away before switching hands again, your eyes and head will hurt by the time you are done. I also noticed a customer that appeared to be regular try to exchange pleasantries with one of the technicians while her nails soaked. The technician was cold and never smiled even though the customer was trying to be very warm and nice. I also noticed this customer remove her own shellac polish as she was soaking for a while without anyone checking on her. Lastly, the receptionist appeared to be major grumpy for having to do her job. When I checked out she thank me for my business or attempt to halfway smile. She basically told me the price and once the CC went through, she placed my receipt on the counter for me to sign and walked away. I will not be going back here. I got a full set put on and immediately I knew it was shabby work. I asked if the woman (an older woman who sat to the left of the front door and 2-3 desks from the window) if she could fix it and she rebuffed me 3 times saying “if it lifts I’ll fix it” and that she didn’t think anything was wrong. I got very short acrylic nails placed and this should have been an easy job as i am not very picky. I didn’t even mind some polish left on my fingers edge. What I did mind was her being rude about my choice not to get gel nails. Then went on to tell me 5 more times how I should have picked a different polish as my choice was wrong and would smudge. I picked a polish I had at home for that very reason and did not enjoy being made to feel dumb about my decisions. I would have been fine with all of this is, but within 2 days of the nails being placed 3 of my nails had lifted. I don’t have the time to keep going back due to my job so I had to just remove the nails myself so they didn’t get bacteria trapped. I am now a week and a half out and decided to just get them removed because they were so poorly done. I went to another location who misinterpreted that they had placed the full set. They apologized profusely offering to replace the whole set for free! When I explained that they did not do the original work, they then frankly told me never to go to that location again because they would have fired the technician who did this work. DO NOT GO...
