Been coming here for a month, had good experiences, until this past Sunday. Came in they were very busy, cleaned us a table and we were sat. Waited over ten minutes to give our order. While waiting for our food the place cleared out, and almost everyone else already had their food except for us and a couple that come in after us. We ordered breakfast items and after 25 minutes we still hadn't had our food. Then we watched something transpire from the kitchen that made it look like our food had walked out the door in a to go order. We watched two waitresses go back and forth and pointed our table. Then we watched people that came in behind us get their food before us, when our waitress arrived back we told her they had 5 minutes as we'd waited long enough for breakfast she insisted it was okay, and would be out shortly. We made the comment something had happened that it looked like our food had gone out the door. When our food arrived my omelet was overdone too many onions undercooked the cheese wasn't even melted and it tasted terrible I didn't eat I was done. My boyfriend's food was mediocre and he was hungry and ate it. They insisted on taking mine off the menu since I didn't eat it. My boyfriend insisted on paying for it and we will not be back not only that but he accidentally instead of giving the waitress a five gave her a 20 in the mix up . Very upset with what happened here no excuse not to admit to what had happened . Just kept saying sorry, my boyfriendtold jtold them he just came there to get food and get it quickly not to have get a fr eebee, sorry we...

Came in the day before Easter to try it out since its the new restaurant on the block. Wife had a rock hard bone the size of a baby tooth in her first bite of a greek skillet.. nothing in that skillet even contains bones. Son’s chicken wings had a single hair that entangled 3 whole wings. Clearly it was fried, taken out of the basket, plated and yet still somehow managed to be presented in front of him by a waitress that way. Completely disgusting and unacceptable when someone is entrusting you to feed their family a meal!
I also need to add a off topic side complaint that I had prior to our food even coming. I personally ordered 2 of their “detroit coneys” which you need to order as a “supreme” here for some awkward reason….. A authentic “detroit style coney” automatically comes with seasoned meat topping, onion and mustard…. Its not called a supreme and a hot dog with just mustard and onion is called just that! If you have ever been to any legit michigan/detroit coney in your life that portion of the menu and ordering terminology will seem extremely awkward to you. Avoid this place they have...
Read moreSo after trying this restaurant out several months ago and we’re greatly disappointed (see below), we returned this past week for a second time and we were quite impressed.
The restaurant (and bathrooms) have been refreshingly updated and look terrific.
Service was prompt and the dinner portion was so large, we could not finish it.
We will return!
So my wife and I were excited that a new restaurant was opening to replace a previous favorite “Classic Cup”. We arrived around 5:45 pm Saturday evening. The hostess promptly seated us with menus. There were two other couples in the restaurant dining. We must have been there ten minutes with no sign of a waitress. She had come out of the kitchen to give the bill to one of the couples and completely ignored us. After a few more minutes we advised the hostess that we had not been seen by the waitress and we left. We took the short drive to Leo’s Coney Island on Zeeb and enjoyed a great dinner and...
