Leased a used side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. I was told it worked like brand new as it was only leased previously for a few months. When's I got it, hooked up the water line. The ice maker filled up and then leaked water out of the door continuously so obviously it wasn't working as I was told. They scheduled a service tech to come look at it and on the day they never showed up or called. So then I was told by the store manager that they emailed me and I never responded which I never received said email. Then I was told it would be another three weeks until the tech could get to my house. So I went elsewhere and purchased a nicer brand new refrigerator for half the price. When we notified the store that we were cancelling our lease and returning it we were asked why. After telling them we weren't waiting for a tech to actually show up and it should have worked as promised from the beginning he threw a temper tantrum like a 2 year old but agreed to come pick it up. Then today they tried to take payment from my bank account even though it's being returned. A year ago the mirror got broke while moving it and i needed a replacement end stand. Rent a center has been giving me the run around for over a year about getting those items replaced. I make my payment once a week and have been doing so since day one and have never been late.
