So, I called in the morning, to inquire about a barber who was supposedly working at this location. The guy who answered the phone, didnāt even state his name, just the name of the business. Okay, I decided to continue with the call anyways.....Once I asked about the particular barber, all of a sudden I heard the sound of clippers, and he could no longer hear myself, hmmmmmm......
I was going to inquire if they were any other barbers available, as my boyfriend is looking for a new barber and we wanted to know if we needed to make an appointment or if walkins were acceptable. Did I mention all he wanted was a simple Temp fade; so, nothing extravagant or intricate or any type of designs. He only wanted the temp fade & a lineup of his beard. Also, I wanted to know the current wait time because we wouldāve headed to the shop, if there was a short wait time. I mean, it is a Friday after all.
However, once the guy stated that he could no longer hear me, there was about 5 seconds of silence and then the call ended. (Btw I have an iPhone & anyone with an iPhone knows if a call is dropped, fails, or if someone in the conversation hangs up/ ends the call). I didnāt even get a chance to ask if HE WAS available today, if we could make an appointment, or if, as I stated, we could do a walk in.
Poor customer service & unprofessional. He lost a potential customer. There are too many barbershops in the Atlanta area and surrounding cities. One would think, during these times, one would be more concerned with their overall professionalism and customer service. Especially, as these are the things that contributes to oneās business growth. With so many businesses now just trying to stay afloat, I would expect better, but that was my mistake.
I guess I expected better due to the side of town, that the shop is located on, but hey itās getting closer to Memorial Drive......soooooooo I guess I shouldnāt be surprised š¤·š¾āāļø I was not going to call back and hope that I was able to get someone else. Hopefully heās not the owner. DO NOT patronize, if so...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreQue Sharp carved my face up like a thanksgiving turkey. I was on my way to a job interview so I just wanted to freshen up my tape line and what little facial hair I have. He did fine on my head, but for some reason he just kept digging the edge clippers into my face. I now have two very visible scars on my lip and chin, and I got razor bumps because he didnāt even hit me with aftershave. I told him about it after I put some on after I got home and it stung really bad cause there were open cuts. He offered me a full refund, then tried to give me $5 (I paid $15, 10 for the cut and a 5 tip) after making me wait an hour in the shop. I told him I paid 15 and he gave me ten. He also had some weird little gun on his hip. Idk if it was real, but it made me feel sketch and I deal with people with guns all the time. Why you bring that to work? He didnāt have it the day before....
