1 stars would be 0 if they could. Unacceptably and unapologetically slow, wrong food items, and over charged. Check your bill.

I very, very, very rarely leave reviews because who has the time? But our service today was so bad that it would be a disservice to not alert others.

2 of 4 waters were not brought after asking, asked for the other 2 waters, extra napkins, and 1 more minute to order food. 20+ minutes later, a walk inside to look for the server, and he eventually came back out to take our order. Without the waters or napkins. Asked again. Eventually had to go inside to wash hands, grabbed some napkins myself on the way back, and then eventually extra napkins were brought. But still not the 2 waters. Asked again. Food eventually came, asked for waters AGAIN, and Sprite refills for kids. Waters then came a few minutes later but no refills.

Would have ordered another beer but didn’t because a) was never asked, despite an empty glass, and b) really just wanted to get out at that point. Steak burrito that had been ordered came out as chicken. Waited on server forever again to come back and give us the check. Told him that the steak burrito was chicken and he tried to act like it was steak somehow?!?!? Asked him to just take it off the bill since it wasn’t eaten and we really just wanted to leave since everything was sooooo slow. He then brings check but walks away before I could give him a card even though he knew we wanted to leave. Thankfully the many, many more minutes it took him to come back allowed us to see that the small draft beer I ordered was instead a large texas margarita on the bill, and never ordered or delivered, for almost $20. Had to then wait to get that corrected and another bill.

Overall, it was well over an hour and a half for a late lunch in a not very crowded restaurant. The food that did come correctly was fairly good but that is about the only positive and unfortunately not enough...

We we're going to head into Midtown for some Mexican food, but we were in the shopping plaza down the street from our house, so figured we would give it a try. Therestaurant was nearly empty because it was a Monday. It was warm out and we opted to sit on the patio. There were two other tables of diners. The patio is large and can accommodate a lot of people. I can see that it could be a lively place on weekends in the spring and summer. We both had frozen strawberry margaritas. They were sweet and flavorful. I could actually feel the effects if the tequila, which was unusual for me and frozen drinks. The drinks were served in regular 16 oz water glasses. Nothing fancy. A little disappointing. I like margarita glasses, but whatever. Themenu has all of the standard Mexican American cantina fare. Tacos, burritos, chalupas, enchiladas. There are combo plates and several good specials that are more authentically Mexican. We really just wanteda quick, non fussy meal, so we both ordered chicken tacos. They offered a variety. She had shredded chicken on corn tortillas. I had grilled chicken on flour tortillas. Themeat was perfectly seasoned, tender, juicy and plentiful. There was plenty of cheese and lettuce. I could see the juice dropping from my friend's corn tortillas, which appeared to be freshly made. They were light, thin slightly crispy layers and falling apart. Our server was attenttive, but lacked any warmth or conversation. He seemed genuinely uninterested in being at work that day. There were a few families inside. Just 3 tables of people. We were the only ones who had been outside still. I noticed a candy counter at the register when we left. I thought that was a nice touch. All in all, I felt like this was a good neighborhood spot that is probably more lively and entertaining later in the week. I am sure we...

Food was cold..They didn't want to serve us..So we go to this place all the time..I've gone with groups of 10 or more.and never been charged gratuity or been told only 1 check...but when a group of black women walked in the all of sudden it was 20 percent gratuity for groups of 10 or more and one check only ..So we do a count and we say it's just 9 of us at this table and they make it a point to sit anyone we might know on the opposite side of the restaurant..We were cool with that..15 mins later no one would come serve us..No water brought to the table no chips..I literally had to get up and go to the hostess stand..they were hoping we would leave that's why no one would tend to us..Gustavo was rude and unattentive .the restaurant was pretty empty..I hate to play the race card but it was so obvious as other people who came in after us had menus water even drinks and chips as we waited them out..The hostess was the one who brought us water as Gustavo wanted nothing to do with us after they realized they couldn't tack on a 20% gratuity.lol..We couldn't even get our water and drinks refilled..and once he dropped the food he never came back..I had to ask a guy for to go boxes and then the guy told Gustavo we needed boxes and our check..He also took and order down wrong and brought my friend shrimp and argued with her and said she did order it..My friend was allergic to shrimp and once he realized he was wrong he took it back..This place won't get our business again..sucks cause this use to be my spot! I work in the industry, and even though Gustavo was rude,unattentive and didnt offer any service to us I still tipped my 20%..cause that just...
