Update: After a month, both the bangles are broken exactly in the middle. I am not sure what I can do with them now. If I exchange, I'll just get the gold value based on present rate but still I'll end up spending money on the new item with additional charges. What a waste of money that I spent in Malani Jewelers.

We came to this store for the first time seeing all the good reviews online. Bought bangles (adjustable) for my 18 months old baby in exchange to the bangles that are broken. I got all the assurance that these bangles are very strong and will not break like the ones that we exchanged. There it is, after a week it broke exactly in the center. At least the old bangles which I exchanged stayed for 17 months. I don't think my 18m old baby is so strong to break a gold piece. They had a policy to replace within 1 week and repair within 90 days. My bad that we traveled immediately after taking the bangle to Ohio or else I would have come back to get it replaced. Now they didn't accept the replacement, it had to be fixed. After fixing it doesn't look new. Since it is broken in the center the fixed part shows black. Also in addition, I got to hear them saying those bangles are fragile, can't be so strong like non-adjustable bangles. Why didn't they tell all these when I am purchasing 🤔. This will be my first and last time that I visit this store.

Note: They got all fixed rates for gold ornaments, it is easy to change the rates according to their profits. We will not know how much they charged for gold and for making charges. So, be careful while going...

Worst customer service . I am a client to Malani from 2008. Recently ordered from deals. As they advertise every order with certain amount will receive gold coin. First order done correctly received the half gram coin. Second order I received only the item. Even the invoice states the order been added the item. It's not in the box . When I called them stated I haven't received the free coin. Their response we will check the camera will get back . That never happened. On top of it when I called them they said they shipped the item but they don't know why its missing. I am not lying for 0.5 grams. If it's not in the invoice I would have not asked for it. One of their representative told They ran out of coins they can't give now but they will give 75$ credit towards any regular items. Not from the deals in future.
