Dear China buffet ,
I am writing to express my concern regarding an unfortunate experience my group and I encountered during our recent visit to your restaurant. Two weeks prior to our planned visit, I called in to inquire about the pricing for a lunch buffet for a group of 10 disabled participants. I was quoted a price of $10.99 per person, and with tax, the families provided $12 each for the meal. On the day of our visit, upon arrival, there was a wait, so my colleague and I decided to let others pay and be seated first. Once it was our turn, we were informed by the staff at the counter that the cost had increased to $13.06 due to a gratuity charge for large groups.Given that our participants are disabled and limited to their budget, they were unable to cover this unexpected additional cost. We suggested splitting the group into smaller numbers to avoid the large group gratuity, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate our request. As a result, my colleague and I decided to cover the remaining balance ourselves so as not to disappoint the participants who were already seated and happy.I regret to say that this experience was disheartening. The individuals involved did not understand what transpired, but it left a significant impact on us as organizers. As someone who strives to provide normal and pleasant experiences for people with disabilities, this situation was particularly disappointing. Due to this experience, I am hesitant to plan future visits to your establishment.I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve service for future patrons, especially those with special needs who deserve...
Read moreIdk why people are saying only cash or small buffet because I found it All outstanding. Nor do I understand why they'd say staff was rude.
All of us were very pleased with what we'd call a large selection, just not everything. Yet it was a great mix I'd the types of food people would choose and a lot of choices were present.
My niece loved her egg drop soup and I loved my hot and sour soup. Everything was fresh and kept up and hot. The garlic pepper shrimp we all loved. My boyfriend said the mussels were really good and so did my nieces husband. The fried dumplings were great too. Cream cheese wonton too. Standard dessert and salad choices too. Not a lot of sushi and it was our late on a Saturday night, so I can't fault them.
Staff interacted with all of us and the kids and kept drinks full.
I'm thinking anyone who has a complaint really was getting food and not eating it, but not like normal. Like huge portions and eating a bite and putting it to side. If you're not sure, take no thank you helpings to sample then get more if you like it. We didn't felt watched at all. Just like normal to replenish drinks and...

From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with warm lighting, tasteful decor, and just the right background to create a relaxed yet refined vibe.
The service was absolutely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. Our server made excellent recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of the entire evening.
Now, the food... simply incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I started with the , "crispy calamari"], which was perfectly seasoned and paired with a dipping sauce that brought it to life. , t
