Don't ever ever go to this location because they suck really really bad they never get it right they always take forever and they do not fix or result any issues ever. I have continued to give them multiple opportunities and they still just do not get it right. The staff is rude, even when there is no one or one person ahead of you, plan to wait forever. The last manager I knew about was a younger male but he did not really seem to care about resolving issues nor was he proactive in the process. No one at the location was proactive in resolving anything. No one is in any sort of "rush" since it's a "fast food" place. If you work nearby and you're going here for lunch, don't. Or order at least 20 minutes ahead of time on the mobile app because otherwise your lunch break will be wasted waiting and leaving with nothing. My lunch break was 45 minutes and I only worked 3 minutes down the road and still have spent my entire break waiting for food that I never got and had to walk out because I was late getting back to work and I was never compensated for that nor was I apologized to at all. Also, there was only one other person ahead of me in line who had already gotten that his food and was sitting down. Completely unacceptable dislocation is the worst location I've ever been to and I have lived in other states, cities, ECT. This is by far the worst BK I've ever been to. And they will not fail you on that no matter how many times you go because I continue to go to this day, lol, I know, but it's convenient and they never do seem to feel me on getting something wrong. I did visit here yesterday (May 23) and my husband and I went to the drive-thru to which I was extremely surprised they finally hired a young lady who was very professional and did an outstanding job at ensuring the meal was checked by herself and then asked us to ensure everything was in the bag, very polite employee. Not only do they provide very good food and service, but they also provide a very welcoming environment of hospitality, that gives you a sense of community. This particular afternoon my phone alerted me that it was about to shut off due to a very low charge. I decided to stop in and order a meal while it was recharging. I ordered a $5 DUO and sat by the window next to the outlet. Suddenly, I noticed a gentleman from the community, whom I have often seen many times before. If you live in Decatur, GA, then chances are you have seen him as well. He walks alone and in worn clothing. Coming and then going as quickly as he came. This particular afternoon he appeared at this Burger King location, and I watched him as he removed certain portions of his garments and proceeded to enter the restaurant. I observed the situation, to see how he would be treated. Upon entering, he ordered nothing and begged for nothing, but quietly proceeded to the restroom. Within a few minutes, he emerged and departed as quickly as he came. What pleased me the most about the encounter, was the way this gentleman was treated. He apparently was not judge by how he appeared, but rather by his conduct and character, which really is how things should be.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreService was beyond horrible as a matter of fact the management or the franchise or the owners are Beyond horrible I drove up to the ordering spot and the representative asked me to hold it took almost 5 to 7 minutes then I could not wait any longer I drove up to the window it was one little girl trying to take orders at the counter in front and also at the remote kiosk she was pretty good and working hard but for a franchise like Burger King you cannot have just one person taking orders at both the places when there's a line of cars while I was waiting at the kiosk outside two or three cars pulled behind me out of the three cars that put behind me two of them reversed out of the parking lot and left I took serious effort to be patient and eventually when I came to the window to ask what's going on she apologized and said I'm the only one person here taking the orders I put places and you don't have help so I drove away without buying anything I wasted almost 10 minutes or more serious note to the franchise owner Burger King or the regional manager who manages these franchises they have to have some standard of service which is expected of a big franchise like Burger King I would like to add the reputation of Burger King is going down seriously because of the service issues I have another Burger King next to my home they're also the service is pathetic so I would not blame him on the staff there but on management who actually don't care about customer service so franchise owners needs to get serious about this corporate should have some basic service requirements or else take the...
