While your Customer Service Desk personnel were polite, courteous and helpful, the Target Team Associate who reluctantly helped us get a pair of Bose headphone out of the locked cabinet was the polar opposite. My wife and I nearly walked out of your store without spending the $570.84 reflected on the receipt. When customers visit Target and purchase something that sale drives revenue, revenue pays for a lot of things--including staff. Quite honestly, that associate should have been fired. She was rude and very disrespectful. The Bose headphones were a 60th Birthday present that my wife purchased for me and, quite frankly, we simply should have bought them online and avoided the 110-mile round trip from Alliance Nebraska to your Scottsbluff Nebraska store. Her and I simply could not keep from talking about that associate. Please take immediate measures to reinforce to your staff that without customers they would not have a job. I am a regular customer at this Target, and usually everyone is very friendly and helpful. Today, when we were checking out, the self checkout was completely full, so we decided to go to a cashier at register 2. The cashier named Hayden rolled her eyes when we approached and didn't even greet us. She was not friendly nor made eye contact with us until she was done scanning our 3 items. I have always loved our Target but they recently moved the maternity section from where it used to be. Before, it was easily accessible from the isle and its own section but now it is located behind the plus size clothing. I am not saying there is anything wrong with plus sizes, but when a woman in pregnant, the last thing we want to do is have to walk through the plus size section to get to the only clothes that fit us.
