Luna Bean Coffee House and Drive Thru — Restaurant in Scottsbluff

I DoorDash to Luna Bean quite often. 4 out of 5 times, I’m waiting 20-30 minutes before my customers orders are even started. The majority of the time, the orders are only a drink or two, so not a large order. While I’m standing and waiting, one order after another are being filled. People that come 15-20 minutes after me are quickly getting their orders. I don’t mind waiting but I feel like the DoorDash orders are not at all prioritized and it is a bit frustrating. I hoped after a few times of waiting a long period on an order, it would improve but it hasn’t. Today, I waiting just about a half hour before my two DoorDash orders were started. This place is cute, but unfortunately the coffee is not the best. I asked for a cortado and the barista proceeded to ask “small, medium, or large”? And as a coffee shop one should know that a cortado only comes in the smaller cup sizes — as the 1:1 milk to espresso ratio is what makes a cortado. When I got it, it tasted like gas station coffee with mounds of foam and for $7???? This place would be perfect with the proper training...

Visiting Scottsbluff (my hometown) recently and assumed I wouldn't find a place to satisfy my inner coffee geek. Luna came as a VERY pleasant surprise. As decent a coffee experience as anywhere I go where I currently live in Nashville! Someone really put some effort and expense into this place.
