So when it comes to buying appliances I have nothing to say due to the fact I've never purchased anything there, but when it comes to service I wish giving zero stars was an option. I called about my washer acting up about a week ago and they told me it was 90 dollars just for them to show up which was fine due to the fact I was assuming they could fix it because it wasn't that old. The technician showed up and ran the washer and first thing he said was "the bearing is bad and its not worth replacing it. Then he continued to say "the pump was bad and they don't make that part anymore" leaving me thinking I was going to have to buy a new washer. I paid the man the 90 dollars and started to shop for a new washer. After a few days and seeing the prices of new washers I decided to get a second opinion so I found a local guy, and he showed up to the house and he knew exactly what was wrong with it the second I told him what it was doing, and he already had the part (that apparently isn't made anymore). Then the repair guy had to work on it too!! It had leaks and drum issues. That was all during the warranty period. Since the 90 day warranty ran out. Which was 9 months ago. After half a day of lying on the floor, we installed it ourselves. The door leaked immediately.
