NEVER GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HAIR!

I’m giving 1 star only because the stylists were nice. I’m disabled and it’s been over a year since I’ve been able to have my hair done, so I was so disappointed how it turned out!!

At 11 am, I arrived for blond highlights and a haircut with Gabbie. She foiled my hair. At 2:20 pm I had to leave for a doctor’s appointment WITH A WET WHITE BLEACHED HEAD and was asked to come back.

At 4 pm, I arrived back at the salon for her to tone, cut & style my hair. While the senior stylist was teaching Gabbie how to cut my hair, I asked her to please finish cutting it herself & teach Gabbie on someone else. She did. After it was finally complete,

MY HAIR WAS RED!

At 6:30 pm, I left with plans to return the next morning for it to be fixed!

At 9:30 am I arrived again to “fix” my hair and Gabbie re-foiled & toned it, according to the senior stylist’s recommendations. At 11:45 am, it was finally finished again, BUT

MY HAIR WAS RED!

The same exact color as the night before. I was speechless, exhausted and totally disappointed!

The OWNER of 19 LOCATIONS, Paula Denay, never called me back and told the mgr. to only refund $70 off the $200 bill, stating there was no set time that it should take to highlight my hair. Almost 8 hours-REALLY! And twice!!! (She really must have needed my $130, right?)

So good luck if you get your hair done here; I hope you have all day...

I am shocked at how poorly I was treated and will absolutely not be returning. I had been going here on and off for a number of years when Stephanie had been doing my hair she was great. Sandra gave my a price and then told it would not cost more than than that. In fact she said it most likely would be less because she had included the maximum amount of "bags" I would need and probably would need less. I went to check out minus the haircut she didn't feel like doing that day after changing her mind and going back and forth more than three times. "You're son looks tired come back Tuesday or call me"..wow...ok. ..this is a nightmare.. anyhow I go to checkout and the price is MORE less the haircut. I ask why and she doesn't know. But what she does do is get up in my face and then decide it was that I needed more bags even though I had been given a max price. "DONT YOU PIT THIS ON ME" she yelled in front on my nine year old autistic son that cannot deal with aggression. He upset the remainder of the day. All I can say is how disgusting this behavior was. My only only intent of this post is to prevent others from experiencing this type of inappropriate behavior. Honestly, I'm shocked they employ someone like that. Shame on you Sandra. 1000% inappropriate. Irregardless of what happens there is no excuse for getting up in a customers face that is simply trying to speak with you. Don't waste...

What can I say, I walked in there feeling like Plain Jane and left feeling like a fiery hott redhead. Daniel is truly the Hair-styling Guru! I walked in with a picture hoping that when the blow dryer turned off i would look just as stunning as the Photoshop model sporting my dream hairdo! I looked BETTER! Deciding to go fiery red was a process, oh the plastic wrap and cold water rises. But through it all Daniel had a team of talented hair dressers, Anna and London, who were more than thrilled to seeing my dream come true. Each lending a hand to help Daniel's artist design unfold into this masterpiece. Being surrounded in a collaborative environment with friendly hair dressers and good music made the time pass and the end product worth it. The red blending into the blonde is nothing short of perfection; like a rose gold of gorgeous! No Orange or copper tones either! I highly recommend checking this place out!

Update: I have been going to Daniel ever since! Daniel has taken me from firey hot red heard to blonde. I have been one of his clients for over a year and a half and i have loved the work he has done. Definitely my one and only hair stylist. I highly recommend his work to all my friends...
