Heard great things about this place but was extremely disappointed. First, they overcharged me, but I couldn't see what they were charging because they do not have any screens facing the customers showing the charges. Second, they are already outrageously expensive ($15 for a dozen cookies, $25 for a babka), so overcharging is inexcusable. Third, they have horrible customer service. They seemed super annoyed that we were in the shop on a Friday afternoon. When I called and informed them that they overcharged me, they just told me there was nothing they could do about it because "that's just how the computer system processes orders." Fourth, I can forgive a lot from a small local business if it's good... but it just plain wasn't, The rugelach are overwhelmingly sweet and mushy. The babka was raw in the middle. Oh 😱 MY! My sons are both obsessed with Blippi! So we planned a visit for my youngest to visit ALL the AZ spots. The absolute best on the tour was the little bakery. Lior (I'm so sorry it that's not your name!) Was exceptional kind and patient with all the children. When it was our turn he was gracious. We took a picture with my little kiddo and I bought a ridiculous amount of pastry due to his kindness and wasn't really expecting it to be anything special. I was wrong! Such a rude owner. If I asked him a question he would say things like “Sweetie, read the sign” or if I asked for a product he would say “Sweetie if I had some it would be out here” or when I asked if he had any samples of the Challah since I’ve never known what it was he said, “Why would I have anything like that here, everyone knows what it is, you have to trust that it is good, look at all the awards I have won.
