If I could give a negative star, I would. I went to this AT&T. Authorized store and the sign said it was open from 10 to 7. It was 12:20.The door was locked.
I looked for a sign that maybe said they went to lunch. Which would be reasonable but did not find one.
I peered into the store through the glare.And saw someone standing in between the retail section and the back. I knocked on the window, thinking he would come and tell me what the story was. He did not. I started knocking on the glass window to get his attention for at least five minutes.
He finally came around from the back of the store and told me he was the only one there and was having lunch. That's fine.I said he should have a sign on the door saying he's at lunch.And when he will be back. He just turned around, walked away and then put a post it.Note on the window that said lunch!! No indication of when lunch is over.
I decided to pull into another spot and wait a while, and maybe look for another a t and t store.But I couldn't because my phone wasn't working. The man then came out to throw out guardbage.In the big dumpster, and as he was walking back to the store, I asked him if he could tell me where the next nearest a t and t store was. Reasonable question. He completely ignored me and continued to walk back to the store. I hope the manager or owner of this store knows how bad customer service is.

I traded in a Samsung S20 with a cracked screen, but otherwise fully operational. I was told the phone was an acceptable trade-in to reduce the monthly cost of the new Galaxy 24 ultra $36.12 to around $8 a month. I was given the option to keep the old phone for a while to make sure Jonathan had transferred all my data to the new phone. After a week dropped the old phone (still fully functional) to Jonathan. 2 months later I went to the store and complained that I was being billed $36.12 instead of $8. Jonathan told me to wait because credit can take several billing cycles. 3 months after the upgrade I called ATT customer service and they advised me to wait again for the credit. 6 Months after the upgrade I called ATT customer service and they opened a case but failed to call me back on the resolution. I found they had closed the case with no explanation. I called again and was told the ATT trade returns had decided the phone was not trade-in worthy. This amounts to bait and switch scam: The store manager had said my phone was eligible and worth around $28 monthly credit but some back office decided otherwise. Read moreI bought a set of airpods Dec 24 as a gift, when my young daughter opened the box, the airpods connected with the name of Chris. One of them was defective and since my daughter is young she kept using the one that worked. I took them to the apple authorized store who mentioned that those airpods had been previously sold 7 months prior and only had 5 months left in the guarantee. When returned to the store to question them for that fact, the store asked for the box. After I brought the box (only box we had in the house) the serials didn't match. !!! Not sure where or how but they sold me a pair of airpods with a serial number that didn't match the box, and that had a 5 months guarantee (instead of 1 year) and one of them didn't connect... and maybe even used while I paid for new ones. The store washed their hands and didn't back up the product that they had sold us. Apple told them to respond and fulfil the promise of the guarantee and to solve the issue and the store washed their hands off. Corporate seems that will conduct an investigation to understand where and what happened. They "compensated" us for the trouble... but just to think that I was sold a used product as new and that in the middle of a pandemic my young girl used an airpod that was supposed to be new... is just horrible. This store truly let us down. I will never ever buy...
