Veda Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Scottsdale

I recently stumbled upon this new Indian restaurant in Scottsdale called Veda Indian Cuisine, and I’m so glad I did! They’ve got some seriously delicious food. The steamed chicken momos were absolutely mouthwatering - so juicy and flavorful! And the street-style chowmein is also very good, the noodles were perfectly cooked and bursting with that classic Indo-Chinese zest. It hit all the right notes, but I did notice that burnt garlic flavor didn’t quite stand out, especially since they charge extra for it. But overall, the dish was still really satisfying. The chilli chicken was also pretty good. On my next visit, I’m definitely trying out their bengali delicacies from the menu. They’ve got some really exciting additions that set them apart from other Indian restaurants...

We are very thankful something like this has opened. The food has authentic indian taste which we have been craving for since forever.Not a single complaint with anything. We were a group of 4.we ordered momo,dahi fuchka,dahi kabab,biriyani,paneer makhni,noodles,chilli paneer. Everything was prepared with utmost precision for maintaining the indian taste. I really hope they continue to prepare and serve such delicious food even in the future with the name and popularity growing. The only thing I cant compromise with is the food. Do whatever you want with the ambience,decor etc we dont care. But food should be non-negotiable....

Dine in experience at Veda Indian cuisine for first time with our family members including four kids and waiting time is really horrible. We ordered our food at 6:30 pm and our food is on table at 7:40 pm because of staff shortages . Starters were supposed to eat at first but they brought last after our main course, that too repeatedly reminder to staffs . Food was not bad , less quantity for the cost . We can see people in other tables also waiting for food from long time and DoorDash delivery people also losing their patience . Not recommended this place when you are hunger ....
