Saigon District Pho and Boba — Restaurant in Scottsdale

Horrible experience with this store, i do NOT recommend ever giving this establishment your money. I was (am) sick with a cold and had my boyfriend stop on his way home during his lunch hour to pick up some Chicken Pho for me. Well I was not surprised when he told me they were extremely busy and that this would no longer be an option. I got frustrated and decided to call in an order for pickup myself. I called and spoke with a man who seemed pleasant enough. Placed my order and he said 10-15 minutes until it would be ready. Fair enough.

My boyfriend gets back and being as sick as I was, urged that I did not pick it up and instead suggested we change the order to delivery. I plead against this because I didnt want to have to pay for a delivery charge when htis place is literally 3 minutes away but before I knew it he was on the ph one with them trying to change the order to delivery.

Next thing that they said: We don't deliver. Even though on their front door it clearly states "We Deliver" and also on their website. The employee my boyfriend was speaking with even got an attitude (how is a merchant going to give a paying customer attitude?) and started arguing with him while my boyfriend was simply asking why their "delivery" advertisement was still up on their front window. This is just false advertisement if you ask me.

After the debacle, I canceled the order entirely and they seemed more than happy to do so. What a waste of time and I will never visit this place. I would rather drive 30 minutes into the valley for good pho and much...

DO NOT EAT HERE!!T This place is hurting for money so bad! I use to really like this place. Had so much respect for the owner. Food use to be great! However I know Covid has been tough on us all. HOWEVER that does NOT mean you can accuse and attack someone of something they did not do. Like I said I come to this place ALL the time. Well (use to). Anyways one day I came to eat lunch there. I ate inside that day. Once I was finished eating I went up front to pay. I handed her my card and she said that the card machine was down. I told the lady that I did not have cash on me. I kindly told her I would be right back I was running down the street to get cash from the Chase ATM. I was gone maybe 6 minutes TOP. Ran inside and gave the guy the money for my food. The lady was no where to be seen. Which makes me think.. did the guy stuff my cash in his pocket? It hurts me to say that I went in and picked up food togo tonight.. she attacked me trying to say that I did not pay for my food last week when I was there for lunch. So sad that a business that I was very loyal to and tipped very well has now taken advantage of me and my girlfriend. You have completely lost my business. Horrendous customer service from owner. Very arrogant, violent, classless and rude. They tampered with my food because I wanted the tendons on the side. She started to speak in her native language about me as I was the only customer there and I got sarcastic smirks and dirty looks from the guy bringing me the basil and pho. I said thank you several times and was very respectful as I know culturally that is big in their culture and mine with zero your welcome or acknowledgment. I even gave a compliment to her when I first tasted the broth and she looked at me and gave me a dirty look and acted annoyed. I found that odd but I went on trying to eat. I always get the tendons on the side at this location and it never was an issue before but the night I went in she (the owner) was hateful and assaulted me with a metal chair because I pointed out 6-7 different hair in my food. Instead of apologizing or offering me to possibly order a hair less dish, she told me my tendons were supposed to have hair because it’s guts and it has hair. Tendons are not guts nor does guts have black human hair. NO hair should be in my pho. Absolutely disgusting.
