I have been doing my own acrylics for 35+ years. I am a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and it ends up taking way too long.

When I've found someone I like, I'll occasionally have them done and I'll shape them more to my liking at home. I've been here 3 times and had Amy do my nails. The first time i was unhappy with how they looked. I came back within a few days and she gave me a perfect new set at no additional charge.

Communication is key here. She speaks perfect English. Tell her exactly what you want, show pics, etc. In my case, I like an almond shape, with a very slight natural looking curve. Apparently this is called "California Curve". There's not really a curve, but the tips are pressed a bit more downward when applied, rather than looking like they point up.

The last time I went in, I showed her a pic and asked if she could make them look exactly like the pic. Once again she made them perfect. And, even better, I don't have to "fix" them when I get home.

Not only is Amy great, so is the salon. It's clean and relaxing. They have an impressive selection of colors and they don't try to sell you on extras, like gel polish or a more expensive pedicure. Both pedicures I've had there were wonderful and they give customers a lovely lotion as a gift around...

I received a gel manicure and a basic pedicure. I chose the same color for my fingers and toes. 546 I'm almost 100% positive. However they used 536. Still pink and all but many shades brighter. Ugh! My bad for just nut speaking up! It was 2 men doing my services at the same time and they were very fast which was great because I was sort of in a hurry. My biggest complaint was that the young man doing my pedicure asked me if I wanted the massage. I was immediately confused because I thought that it was included. So I inquired as to such. He confirmed that it was but I could tell that he really didn't want to do it by his tone and affect. I said yes anyway. What the heck, I was paying. So I received my 2.5 minute very average massage. And preceeded with polish. Well apparently at the end there is a neck massage that is included that I wasn't aware of. He again asked me if I wanted the massage. Again I asked but this time didn't understand his response so I said no. But quickly realized my error and then said yes. He actually went over and asked his boss if he must do the massage because I originally said no. She said yes. The neck massage was very short but very wonderful. My manicure included a massage without question. God bless! The results...

pedicure- they did a nice job with relaxing and putting it on, however they weren’t careful with putting the shoes on when STILL drying. Then didn’t even let them dry so well! Mani- they were laughing at me! i was looking to see what they were doing, but the lady that was doing my nails laughed at me! and I have taki dust on my 2 fingers. She acted like she had saw a bear!! Like it was a new discovery. I think their coustumer service was ok, but needs work treating their customers. Also, they need more communication with arranging times. We went in, and they were like: “all manis and pedits?” but we said “no we had an appointment for Noon.” she didn’t even look and just asked what we were doing. and my 2 family friends didn’t even get their facial! it was a lil crazy, sorry...
