I can say honestly, I have no interest in eating out anymore. It's not worth my time, none of it is real food.
This place is đš ART that you eat and how we can connect to the majesty of GAIA. The creative endeavors of sustainable sustenance of the soul.
I no longer know of the life, my old friend đ has lead for more than 40 years since we saw each other last.
I do believe I have an đĄ idea about the fortitude, conviction early in life commitment he had towards his love for being the best Chef in the world to me personally. It always made me hungry!
I have yet to enjoy a plate from the master. I do know it will make the same impact Alex did when we first met. He is a life force and someone I respect đ đŻ đ. I do not need to know anything more upon my visit that it will be the best. Not because of perfection on the plate!
The pursuit of self commitment to the creation of the perfect plate. đ„° is what will reside in that presentation, when we do again, say hey man, what's up.
I look forward to my dinner with destiny and wish for my beloved wife of 36 years to finally enjoy my friends passion for his trade craft. We are both masters of our chosen craft.
@Marietta'sSuperbHandyman is so proud to have had the pleasure of the best cuisine aficionado intent as it was in its raw state. Now that it has matured into the real 'Alex". In his place of comfort. I long for the final culmination of when a chef approaches a meticulously crafted plate, it's not merely a presentation of food, but a tangible manifestation of a profound passion and unwavering dedication to their culinary art. Each element, from the vibrant colors to the delicate textures, is meticulously placed to create a symphony for the senses, a testament to the chef's artistic vision and tireless pursuit of perfection. It is akin to a painter, who carefully selects each pigment and meticulously applies brushstrokes to create a masterpiece that tells a story and evokes a powerful emotional response in the viewer. In the same vein, the chefâs passion shines through in the thoughtful arrangement of ingredients, the precise technique used to transform them, and the artful garnishes that elevate the dish beyond mere sustenance. This passion drives the chef's relentless pursuit of innovation, constantly seeking new flavor combinations and presentation styles to surprise and delight the diner, while remaining deeply rooted in the traditions and techniques of their craft. The plated dish I will let him pick for me is not just a meal; it is an experience, a journey that transports the diner to a realm of exquisite tastes and breathtaking beauty, all thanks to Alex's unwavering dedication and profound love for the art of cooking.
My wife's đš is the only work that holds a high sense of creation in my life. She is always in studio now and in museums and her work is thriving.
I went to most of his other work spots to visit amd try to no success to have this experience with him. He was a busy guy back in the day and so was I.
I know it will seem like just yesterday when we just goofed of looking to have fun deal with adolescent ways.
Long live OZZY / RHODES they are together again now. To the crazy train of life my friend.
See you soon once I heal from my accident. I want my Deborah to see you in your prime state of manisfest...

Belmont Kitchen isn't just a place to eat; it's an experience woven with the comforting threads of home-style cooking elevated by a touch of modern flair. From the moment you step inside, the warm, inviting ambiance wraps around you like a familiar hug. The soft lighting, the gentle murmur of conversation, and the subtle aroma of simmering herbs create an atmosphere thatâs both sophisticated and utterly relaxing.
The menu at Belmont Kitchen reads like a culinary love letter to fresh, seasonal ingredients. It's evident that the chefs take immense pride in sourcing high-quality produce, and this dedication shines through in every dish. We started with the pan-seared scallops, nestled atop a vibrant corn and edamame succotash. The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection â caramelized on the outside, tender and succulent within. The sweetness of the corn and the slight bite of the edamame provided a delightful counterpoint, showcasing a thoughtful balance of flavors and textures. For our main courses, we opted for the roasted chicken and the grilled salmon. The chicken, served with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted root vegetables, was a masterclass in simple elegance. The skin was crispy and golden, while the meat remained incredibly moist and flavorful. It was the kind of dish that evokes memories of Sunday dinners, yet with a refined touch that elevates it beyond the ordinary. The grilled salmon, accompanied by a quinoa salad bursting with fresh herbs and citrus, was equally impressive. The fish was flaky and perfectly seasoned, and the bright, zesty salad provided a refreshing contrast. What truly sets Belmont Kitchen apart, however, is the attention to detail and the genuine warmth of the service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. There's a palpable sense of care that permeates the entire dining experience, from the beautifully plated dishes to the friendly interactions with the staff.
The dessert menu offered a tempting array of sweet endings, and we couldn't resist trying the flourless chocolate cake. Rich, decadent, and intensely chocolatey, it was the perfect finale to a truly exceptional meal. The accompanying raspberry coulis added a touch of brightness that cut through the richness beautifully.
Beyond the exquisite food and impeccable service, Belmont Kitchen offers a sense of community. It feels like the kind of neighborhood gem where you could become a regular, knowing you'll always be greeted with a smile and treated to a memorable meal. Whether you're looking for a special occasion dinner or a comforting weeknight escape, Belmont Kitchen delivers on all fronts. Itâs a testament to the power of honest cooking, heartfelt hospitality, and a commitment to creating a truly enjoyable dining experience. Belmont Kitchen isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary haven that leaves you feeling nourished, both in...
Read moreSaw the high reviews and decided to go and see for ourselves. The space was the old NY Bagels that has been remodeled. It isn't cozy and tables are crammed close to each other. The bar and dining room are separated by a couple of small trees so it's louder than you would expect. Our service was good, not great. Our server was very nice and explained some dishes really well, but initially he came by to take drink orders then said "and I will be back to tell you about the specials" He then came back and took our orders and never mentioned the specials. The food itself was outstanding. Octopus appetizer was an eye watering $35, but as good as any octopus I have ever had. Chilean Sea Bass was perfect, but at $60 for a small portion (Menu quoted $59) I was left hungry. Mastro's is across the parking lot and serves a bigger cut of also perfect sea bass. We also had the Big Eye tuna crispy rice, Filet Empenadas, scallops, Bolognese, and the truffle pasta. Every dish was either a 10 or a 9.5. High five to the chef. My son's lemonade was $6 (no free refills) and the glass was mostly ice. Again, across the street the folks at Mastro's would bring more lemonade in advance of him finishing it and we didn't get nickel and dimed. $400 (including 20% tip) for 4 people and only alcohol we had were two $10 beers. 3 stars overall because at this price point the dining room should be nicer, cozier, and the portions should be better. We should leave feeling full and satisfied. There are so many great restaurants in scottsdale that charge similar prices and I feel like deliver more. The Belmont does not stand...
