Desert Village Shopping Center — Local services in Scottsdale

This is a nice, walkable small outdoor mall. There is no Wildflower cafe here (another reviewer must be confused) but AJs has a decent selection of take out options including sandwiches, soup, sushi, and meals to go. They also have an outdoor grill with outdoor seating with propane heaters cranked up in the winter. I love the My Sisters trifecta of men's, women's, and home shops all located here.
