As a very frequent visitor, Little Snitch is one of those places you just can't help but adore. It's cute, quirky, totally designed for social media and brimming with charm – and the food? Let's just say it's worth every bite.
I can't resist the Bloody-tini – it's got just the right kick (think peppery delight!) to pop open my eyes and make brunch a little more festive. And of course the teeny tiny gerkin balanced on the rim always makes me smile! Perfectly balanced and a little spicy, it’s one of my go-to sips here when I'm enjoying brunch.
Another favorite is the veggie wrap and yep it pairs well with the Bloody-tini! The veggie wrap is fresh, flavorful, and packed with just the right amount of crunch. Thank you tasty cashews! It’s a light, satisfying option that never leaves me feeling guilty. And even though I despise beets, the little spread of beet hummus on this wrap adds just the right flavor.
And friends, just listen...f you’re a roast beef fan, do yourself a favor and try theirs. The creamy horseradish sauce is perfection, you know when they get it so right that it has just enough to give it that zing without being overwhelming. that's it! I could eat it every day.
A word of advice...if you’re hoping to snag one of their chocolate croissants, set your alarm and be there when they open. Flaky, buttery, and loaded with the perfect amount of chocolate. No skimping here! It’s absolutely worth the early morning effort and yes they will sell out and then you will be so sad!
One of my favorite things to do is grab a seat on the patio, listen to the soft trickle of the water feature, and people-watch. The atmosphere is laid-back, whimsical, and full of good energy – plus, it’s the perfect spot to strike up a conversation and who knows what new friends you might meet!
Little Snitch is one of those places you go once and just keep coming back to. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a leisurely brunch, it never disappoints. Hello chocolate croissant! Oh how I have missed you! Cheers to good food, great drinks, and even...
Read moreWe went here with high expectations, based on a recommendation from good friends, but …. well, came away pretty disappointed. We mutually ranked the experience B- to C+. The restaurant decor and set-up is A to A+ for its category. As regards its menu offering, the menu is very shallow for a strictly brunch/lunch place. Servings were nice, but the food we ordered - ham/cheddar omelet and breakfast bowl - were bland and unremarkable, recovering somewhat with a lot of added seasoning and hot sauce. The cheddar and bacon in my omelet were barely detectable; very heavy on the greens and onions. The star of my dish was the very excellent sourdough toast, although served with very cold, and therefore pretty much not-spreadable, foil-packaged butter. Coffee was served in paper cups with lids, and water in baby styrofoam cups. Fortunately, our meals were served on actual crockery, with metal flatware; after the paper and styrofoam cups, I was fearing paper plates and plastic utensils. The restaurant is a fast-casual format - order at the counter before you’re seated, and they bring your food - but with full-service pricing. This was our first visit, and we had high hopes. Our takeaway is that this is a very nice take-out bakery, with a full-service bar and nice atmosphere, but not a ‘restaurant’ that we...
Read moreSadly, I was not impressed with this place. Service was just okay - not bad though.
Drinks: I will say the Horchata Latte I had was absolutely delicious - definitely the best thing I tried.
Food: I got the egg salad toast, it was generally hard to eat and I think a larger piece of bread over 3 small slices would be more effective with the toppings. I also had a fruit cup - the blueberries were pretty mushy and the strawberries didn’t look great - you actually could tell they’d been premade, probably hours prior, and maybe sat uncovered.
Atmosphere: It is a really cute design concept. The location is different than your average brunch spot but today, and maybe it isn’t this way all the time, the inside of the restaurant was uncomfortably warm. So much so that on this 100+ degree day, a shaded spot on the patio outside felt cooler. However, the furniture - 0/10. The seating is just like metal, unstable, small patio furniture. There are small pillows but their presence makes the seating area even smaller… which isn’t comfortable either.
It is kind of more of a stop & go place than a sit & chat place - but if I were in the area & wanted a sweet coffee, I would swing by their walk up window for that but I don’t think I’d spend the money on the food or the time...
