We chose this hotel for my birthday vacation due to their positive reviews. Here are the pros and cons that stuck out the most. Hope this helps any future travelers!..
Things we loved....
THE LOCATION It's Arizona. It's hot. But we had no issues walking to shopping and dining nearby. Fashion Square mall is across the parking lot. 5TH AVE shopping and dining are an easy 10 min walk.
THE VALET & COMPLIMENTARY CHAUFFEUR We flew in, so although we arrived by Uber, the valet still came around to open our doors and help guide us to the front desk. They were SO helpful in finding fun stops to visit and even provided the best COMPLIMENTARY transportation to restaurants and shopping (within a 2 mile radius of the hotel). Shoutout to JAISON, our amazing chauffeur during our stay! If you have a dining reservation nearby, he will definitely get you there on time! lol!
CUSTOMER SERVICE There was one snarky young lady, I didn't catch her name, who would answer the phone and provide the most sarcastic answers to our general questions.. But other than that, absolutely everyone else went above and beyond to make us feel welcome during our stay! Shoutout to FAYE, the night manager, for the birthday wishes and sweet treat!
LUKE was there every day of our stay. He got us checked into a beautiful guest suite with ease, even though we arrived ridiculously early due to our flight. He even offered to secure our bags, as our flight home was well after check-out. (NOTE: At check-in, they welcome you with complimentary glasses of champagne!.. And, it was actually really good! None of that cheap stuff, lol)
THE POOL There's two pools. We only made it to the adults-only pool outside of SEVEN, which was BEAUTIFUL. The mountain views were amazing. The food was wonderful (they also offer Happy Hour!). We had to walk into the SEVEN restaurant to order/pick-up our drinks, which in our swimwear was a tad awkward, but worth it. However, our bartender delivered our food to us at the pool, which was super sweet of her, because they didn't have any pool servers at that time.
HOUSEKEEPING I'm not gonna lie, although our room was very lovely at check-in, there were obviously places within the room that were missed by housekeeping. HOWEVER, after a maintenance issue (see below), housekeeping serviced our room to PERFECTION. We were shocked because we hadn't requested housekeeping after the issue, but the team wanted to make sure that they not only cleaned up after the service, but that the entire room had a refresh before they left. Again, outstanding customer service!
Okay, so the things we didn't like were very small, but may be helpful to others...
MAINTENANCE Our refrigerator had an aggressive leak. So much water was coming out of the fridge, that the floorboards around the fridge actually had standing water underneath them. We mentioned this to the front desk, and within literally less than 5 minutes, we had a visit from maitenance. We thought the fridge would be fixed, replaced, or simply removed, but instead, the room was cleaned. So, by the next morning, there was another puddle under the floorboards. We mentioned this again to the front desk and let them know we were really just worried about the damage to their floors. That afternoon, the fridge was replaced, the room was cleaned again, and all was well. Again, something small, but should be noted in case this would bother you.
THE BATHROOM Wear and tear is totally normal for any hotel, but with this hotel being so new, it was surprising to see so much, specifically in the bathroom area. IF you are looking for that sparkling new feel, this might be something to keep in mind. ALSO - If you're super excited to use your new hygiene haul in the shower, just note, there's NO SHELVING in the shower, so there's no place to actually put your shower faves once you're in the shower, except the shower floor. Again, minor, but something to note.
FINAL THOUGHTS This is a beautiful, strategically located, yet affordable hotel that we would...

Caesars Republic Scottsdale (Hilton Curio Collection) Stayed October 17–27, 2025
The Caesars Republic Scottsdale is a new property hiding a management culture in full collapse. It’s a Hilton-branded hotel that seems to operate without systems, training, or even basic supervision — a masterclass in managerial delusion. My family stayed for ten nights across two rooms, booking through American Express Travel for the $125 resort credit and late-checkout perks. We also paid over $600 for an extra room on our final day to ensure afternoon use before our flight to London. Despite being told late checkout was impossible, a valet later mentioned the hotel was less than 40% occupied on our departure day. We had stayed here once before, in August 2024, when it was newly opened. Air-conditioning failed in 110-degree heat, housekeeping couldn’t supply towels, and rooms had no coffee machines. We blamed the chaos on growing pains. When Hilton assumed management, we expected improvement. That was our mistake. The problems began immediately. Empty shampoo bottles, one roll of tissue, visible dust. Calls to housekeeping went unanswered; supplies arrived hours late or not at all. By day two, we learned to phone before leaving the room at 1 p.m. and to hope someone appeared by evening. When they did, it was cursory — they didn’t even have a working vacuum. The rooms were never actually cleaned, just rearranged. On October 19th, the toilet broke. It was repaired but the room left filthy, and again untouched by housekeeping. Front Office Manager Jed apologized and promised our destination fees would be removed at checkout. They weren’t. As the week went on, service collapsed entirely. Phones rang unanswered. On October 26th, the charade reached its absurd climax. I went to the desk and spoke with Tierra, the manager on duty. She consulted her computer and announced that our rooms were, in fact, spotless — she had personally checked them that morning, and any disorder must have been caused by us. When I suggested she accompany me upstairs to see for herself, she refused. When I insisted she was mistaken, she called me a liar. I raised my middle finger. Moments later, she called security. Jay, the hotel guard — reportedly in a romantic relationship with Tierra — arrived and told me I had “disrespected her.” It was a surreal moment: a guest questioning poor service confronted by a display of personal theatrics in the hotel lobby. After my encounter, my wife returned to the hotel and picked up where I left off. She told Tierra it was impossible she had viewed the rooms and requested the housekeeping manager. She was told he was “busy.” She said she would wait. Eventually, Paul, the manager, arrived and accompanied her upstairs. He immediately apologized, acknowledging that the rooms had never been attended to. Even other employees seemed exhausted by the dysfunction. One valet said he avoids one area at the front when the wind carries the smell of garbage from the bins. Another said a drunken guest vomited at the entrance over the weekend — it took housekeeping four hours to clean. By checkout (handled by my wife, since I was no longer welcome at the desk), the bill still included some destination fees and only one of the two AmEx resort credits. To be clear, the building itself is nice — new, modern, well-designed. But management has turned it into an operational farce. Staff are defensive, untrained, and apparently unsupported. Hilton’s oversight is invisible. If this were Russia, it might make tragic sense: a shiny façade masking institutional rot. In Europe, it would be laughed at. But in Scottsdale, Arizona — I suppose I should come to expect it. Ten nights, two rooms, roughly $15,000 later, one truth remains: this isn’t a luxury hotel. It’s a tale about what happens when incompetence replaces service and a brand name replaces...

Title: “A Polished and Contemporary GEM in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale”
Pros:
Everything is not only brand new but each area is perfectly styled to perfection throughout the property and rooms.
I don’t feel you could have a better location than this if you’re wanting to do anything in Old Town Scottsdale. You have Scottsdale Fashion Square literally a 5 second walk away. And you have luxury food and shopping directly across the street. And less than a 4 minute drive away is all of the bars and nightlife in Scottsdale. The location is literally perfect.
The staff was nice and low-key. Everywhere I went it gave off a luxury/ minimalist vibe. Except the main restaurant where they were in uniform.
Champagne Toast on Arrival
They have an option for early check in and upgrades available….Depending on availability for a fee.
They have a house car which the valet said was a Lincoln Navigator upon approval. But they also have these luxury golf carts that I thought were a nice touch.
They have 2 pools onsite (one on the first floor that’s very stylish named “Cleopatras Pool”) then a pool deck on the seventh floor adjacent to the restaurant. (They stop serving food/drinks at the pools at 6pm daily so keep that in mind.)
Rooms were just right. Very stylish and brand new. Stocked with a keurig coffee maker, an actual mini fridge and acca kappa bath products. Plus Robes.
The room I had came with an amazing glass shower facing the view that was like nothing I have ever seen before. With an electric privacy partition.
Very secure elevators with key cards
The Views from the hotel are magical in the rooms and common areas.
They have a gym onsite but I was unable to check it out on this trip but based on the other areas of the hotel I’m sure it’s nice.
One of the best things about this hotel was the food and drinks. On the seventh floor they have a restaurant with nice views named “SEVEN” with an observation deck above it. The menu is more casual but it’s still very nice. And then on the first floor is the flagship restaurant (Luna by Giada) which also has a bar named “Luna Bar”. Both have a homemade italian menu with style. This also is where the room service comes from (Room service daily 6am to 2pm and 4pm to 10 pm). They have a full coffee shop/diner named Pronto down The hall from the main restaurant with its own separate entrance near the pool on the first floor.
Attached in some way to Caesar’s Las Vegas
Cons:
Some people may be put off that it’s literally located in the same complex of a mall.
$250 incidental daily and $45 destination fee daily.
The square footage of most of the rooms with the exceptions of the top tier suites could be a deal breaker for some people. (331-420 Sq. Ft.)(256 Guest Rooms 28 Suites and 5 Luxury Suites )
The pool service hours could be longer
Late checkout could be more seamless and less expensive. I was quoted $100 for an extra hour on the day I was going to checkout.
No spa
No 24 hour room service
Summary:
This property is a great option if you’re visiting Scottsdale and you want a modern/contemporary option. The property is surrounded by luxury condos and apartments so for a premium you get the same lifestyle with the excellent service of a hotel. It has a mixture of locals and business travelers/famalies.
