Magic Touch Carpet Repair And Cleaning — Local services in Scottsdale

I recently contacted Magic Touch to have them kick out a small ripple in my Master Room carpet. The owner, Mark, came to my home to take care of my issue. The carpet is about one year old and in excellent shape. My wife and I are the only occupants and take extremely good care of our house. We even avoid walking on our carpets with street shoes. From the very start it was our feeling that Mark was trying to up sell us. He said out bedroom carpet needed to be cleaned along with our Master Bathroom tile. I told Mark that the bathroom floor had been sealed when we had it installed one year ago. I offered to show him the bottles of the products used. He refused and stated he knew all the floor products and there was no problem cleaning it. He assured me it wouldn't remove the finish. However, after the floor dried from his cleaning it was all patchy. There were areas where the finish was removed and others where it was not. It looked terrible. My wife texted him and he said he didn't know that the floor was polished. But, I state again, I had offered to show him the previous products used. He took no responsibility. My wife and I had to go to Home Depot and buy $45 worth of product and 4 hours of our time refinishing the floor. It looks great now. About the way before it was touched. If you look on his Facebook Page, a post of his dated 4/18 states " We must drum up business so we can all survive. Give us a call". I feel it wasn't my best interests that were being taken into consideration. I know we are all in a period of tough times. Doing the right thing never goes out of style. Not in normal times and especially in these times. Taking responsibility was the right thing to do. Very disappointed. Even when cleaning the carpet nothing was moved. Not even an ottoman that weighs less then 10 lbs. They just cleaned around it. I didn’t expect them to move...

I have never been more satisfied with a carpet cleaning company than Magic Touch. I first googled carpet cleaners in Ahwatukee and chose Magic Touch simply by my gut feeling. I didn’t read reviews or do research. I called and immediately was greeted by a professional who easily booked an appt in less than a week and on an Easter holiday weekend. Rather than needing to track them down I received a couple calls the day of service asking if I wanted to be taken sooner than planned. Because I was working I could not accommodate but they kept my appt time per plan. The two young men who arrived to complete the service were articulate, friendly and very professional. They were identifiable with monogrammed shirts and just really nice respectful people. They were strategic, worked well together, and answered my questions thoroughly. Truly an excellent customer service experience! I even had a 10% discount already factored into the invoice which Riley presented to me upon his arrival. I did not ask for nor did I have a coupon. I have an 8x10 area rug not included in my original estimate which when I asked to be cleaned Riley said he would do for free. I didn’t ask for this. He just did it. Also the cost to clean my carpets was extremely affordable which makes it possible to clean them more frequently. Magic Touch is now my go to carpet cleaners. I am very impressed and will most definitely be a return customer. I was also informed about other services the company provides for future need including tile cleaning and carpet repair. He was not anticipating a tough job that afternoon before Thanksgiving. We thought he had our information prior to his arrival to our home. He stated he did not know.

We truly felt that we were admonished for poor care of the carpet for a good 15 minutes or longer without having the opportunity to fully share information in a respectable questions and answers segment of his discourse.
