Needed new shower head with shower wand. Was recommended a Kohler and it was ordered. I was told it would be about 2 weeks. I tried calling on a Saturday to check on it and could never get through. I was called on Monday to say it was in. I told the woman I had found the same exact shower head at Home Depot for $34 less but I would come down to EPSCO. When I got there she told there was a 25% restocking fee and that she had done the math and it would be $32. I said I had not been told that when I ordered it.
