Recently had the pleasure of meeting the new management team at Bay Park Apts on NASA Pkwy in Seabrook, Texas. And I have to say that in my 60 years of living and my 40 years of living on my own, I have NEVER been into a complex and had the absolute best treatment I have ever had anywhere to date. I went in after seeing their listing on a realtor site that lists sales of and or lease/rental listings that assist in your search of a new place to call home . I have been scouring these sites daily literally looking at listings and checking availability of units I found to be worth the money and were conveniently located. When I saw the listing by Bay Park Apts, viewed the floor plans of all sizes of 1 & 2 bedrooms they offer, as well as looking at their proximity to the things I like to do or the places I like to shop. I must say they hit the nail on the head. When I selected to check availability on certain floor plans that were shown, I received a call from CHARLES THE MANAGER OF BAY PARK. Which if your familiar with looking for a new apartment or home you are also aware that a call from someone in response to your inquiry are non existent, and more often than not it's a text or email that is usually sent in response. So the rarity of an actual call left me amazed. AND I LOVED IT! A CALL WAS SO MUCH MORE PERSONABLE AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WASNT AN INTERUPTION BUT A WELCOMED PROSPECTIVE RESIDENT. I was told about the complex and the amenities that were offered and was given pricing for any of the floorplans I asked about. And it didn't feel like it was a generic response. I didn't feel like they were rushing me off the phone and I was really welcomed. I scheduled a visit and felt like I had found a gem in a pile of rocks. Upon going out to the complex and explaining MY SPECIFIC situation, I was promised that every effort to accommodate me would be made to get me processed and actually in an apartment ASAP. AND BOY WERE THEY TELLING THE TRUTH. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED A MORE SINCERE AND ACCOMODATING TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS IN MY LIFE. CHARLES AND THE REST OF THE OFFICE TEAM ALONG WITH CONTRACTORS MAINTINENCE AND MAKE READY COMPLETELY BLEW MY MIND WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF SELECTING MY UNIT ASSESSING ITS NEEDS OF MAKE READY ADDRESSING THE MAINTINENCE NEEDED TO BE ABLE TO LEASE IT TO ME WERE HANDLED SO QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY THAT ITS HARD TO BELIEVE. THE CREW WENT OVER AND BEYOND THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION TO HELP A DESPERATE OLD LADY HAVE A NEW PLACE TO CALL HOME. I WILL RECOMMEND THAT YOU COME SEE FOR YOURSELF JUST WHAT A REAL PROFESSIONAL TEAM LOOKS AND WORKS TOGETHER LIKE. YOU TOO, IM SURE WILL AGREE THAT THIS DEFINITELY IS PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED AND THEY HAVE THE COMPASSION AND EMPATHY THAT SHOULD BE SHOWN TO EVERYONE EVERYDAY BY ALL HUMAN BEINGS .. I WILL NEVER MOVE FROM HERE. AND WOULD BE HAPPY TO TALK TO ANY FUTURE RESIDENT OR ANYONE WANTING TO EXPLORE THE OPTION OF THIS BEING THEIR NEW HOME. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT I CALL THE BEST TREATMENT YOU CAN GET BY ANYONE ELSE ANYWHERE... THANK YOU ALL, ... CHARLES AND MISS I AND ALL CREW AND STAFF THAT HAVE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I BELONG HERE. MY LEASE STATES: NOTHING ABOUT A 10$ A DAY LATE CHARGE BUT HERE WE ARE; JAN IF 2025 10.00 DOLLAR LATE CHARGE, PLUS 26.00 DOLLAR OVERCHARGE ON WATER TO WHICH I WAS TOLD, THEY CANT GO BACK THAT FAR! WHY? IF I CAN SEE IT ON MY RESIDENT PORTAL, THEY CAN SEE IT ON THEIR END! I HAVE SEVERAL MORE LATE CHARGES FOR JUNE AND JULY THAT I WAS ASSURED WOULD GET FIXED TO WHERE I HAVE CALLED,EMAILED AND SENT TEXT MESSAGES MULTIPLE TIMES TO HAVE MY PORTAL UPDATED. SOME OF IT HAS BEEN BUT THERE IS STILL SOME NOT! I HAVE BEEN PATIENT FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS WAITING FOR THIS TO BE FIXED AND NOTHING! AS STATED MY LEASE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT 10 A DAY LATE CHARGES. NOT ONLY HAVE I BEEN PATIENT BUT I HAVE BEEN VERY POLITE AND RESPECTFUL I HAVE ASKED TO OPEN MY PORTAL MANY TIMES SO I CAN SCHEDULE MY RENT PAYMENT AND IT HAS BEEN CLOSED ON ME! I ADVISED I AM NOT GETTING A MONEY ORDER AS STATED I HAVE NO CAR!!! SHE TOOK IT AS ME WITHHOLDING RENT! NOPE! I SIMPLY CAN NOT AFFORD AN UBER, EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN AROUND IVE ASKED FOR MY PORTAL TO BE OPEN SO I CAN GET IT SCHEDULED AND IM NOT WALKING IN HOTTER THAN HELL WEATHER NEXT DOOR TO GET A MONEY ORDER EITHER. I CALLED ON AUGUST 5TH 2025 AND WHOMEVER WAS IN THERE, MOST LIKELY BIANCA PEREZ AS SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE TO ME ALL THE TIME! I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS ABOUT MY RENT, I WAS TALKED OVER, I WAS TOLD TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH MY PORTAL AS THO IM AN INCOMPETENT MORON AND HUNG UP ON.
THE RESIDENT PORTAL DOESN'T NEED NO ONE ELSES HELP AND I KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE IT JUST FINE! IT NEEDS TO BE OPEN FOR ITS RESIDENTS TO SCHEDULE PAYMENTS! WHY SHOULD I GET A MONEY ORDER FOR AUGUST RENT? WHEN I SHOULD BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A PAYMENT!!?? I HAVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIX IT AND SAME EXCUSE!
IM BY MYSELF * WELL, DOESNT MATTER! THEN GET 2 PEOPLE TO MANAGE THE RESIDENTS! I MISS THE FEW MONTHS WHEN IRVIN WAS HERE. REALLY GREAT GUY AND KNEW HOW TO TAKE CARE OF HIS TENNANTS.

Read moreYes this place is Under New Management apparently it's owned by an investor group yes the new district manager Ruth can seem like she's really strict but I think that's just because she is the district manager of the company and she has a job to do now the new landlord of the property she also lives in the property seems pretty nice and pretty cool had a nice conversation with her a few days back I do like their Vision on improving this complex the last people in the office were not very helpful at all one lady named Ashley was constantly rude with my wife and I she even was very harassing at times over dumb crap Ervin was just an okay guy until his last week when he decided to pop off an attitude with me when I wasn't even talking to him I was talking to somebody else in the office but even though the new landlord Bianca has not been here very long she seems like a really nice person so far as far as the roach problem that people on here have mentioned I've seen a few here and there in my apartment but they do have exterminator come like every other week or something like that but if you do want your apartment sprayed you do have to set up an appointment so that way everybody's on the same page on what's going on I also like the fact that the new owners are getting all the Trashy vehicles that don't run that have been abandoned or have expired tags that have been sitting in the same spot for like forever removed to make extra parking space for those who do follow the policy and as far as the patios go yes there are rules about the patios but that's pretty much any apartment complex I've lived in they just don't want your patio looking like trash they want their complex looking nice so that way when visitors come it looks presentable and nice and not like some complex in the hood and yes there is quite a bit of dog poop in the grass around the complex but that's not their fault that's people that live here that do not clean up after their dogs we always clean up after our dogs while we walk our dogs but I've watched people let their dogs poop in the grass and then just walk off and leave it the only way the office is going to be able to get people to stop and start finding them on their rent which they're going to do if they catch you not cleaning up after your dog so would I recommend this place yes I do I think they're making it to be a much better place to live and as far as all the negative reviews on here I think it was because past previous management have let everybody pretty much do whatever they want they didn't force the rules and policies that are stated in the lease and so therefore people got used to that and now new management is a little more strict and they just don't like it so therefore they're coming on here to make bad reviews regarding the new landlord and...
