I bought a product and delivery online . It took me over a week to get a confirmed delivery date and time. TSC had to try three different stores Waller, Katy both had the item but damaged, so the day of delivery they decided they will be picking it up from the Sealy location. I was scheduled to be first stop in the morning. The delivery did not show up until 12:00 and it was damaged. The driver gave me the number to call to file a claim so I did immediately and spoke with Kylea and she informed me that I will be getting a discount and they will be waving the delivery fee. She emailed me the reference number and I replied to her email with photos of the damage as soon as we hung up the phone . A couple days went by and I did not see any refund credit back to my CC or hear from her , so I reached out to her by phone with no luck. 7/1 I sent her a email for the status on my claim with no response. 7/9 I reached out by phone again with no luck. 7/13 I reached out by phone again and could not reach Kylea so I waited on the phone for 30 min and was transferred 3 different times and finally was able to speak to someone . The representative offered me a 10% discount , so I asked her what about waving the delivery fee Kylea told me about and her reply was there was no notes so she canโt do that. They made him super comfortable & happy with all the attention. It made us happy at the end of our visit to be surrounded by such a great community.
